The room was huge and undercover parking was good. While the location was out of town, it was handy for the airport, Qantas Museum and Outback Hall Of Fame. Taxis and hotel shuttles would reach it.

Relatively expensive at well over $200 per night. Our room was a long way from the reception and entrance which made a walk for pick-ups, strange since the motel did not appear to be anywhere near fully booked. The grounds near our room were poorly maintained, discarded drink cans and other rubbish. Broken irrigation pipes and evidence of an open fire. Our bathroom windows were dirty on the outside, looked like for some time.

Room had comfortable chairs, and nice space to sit outside. Really good to have the option to do self-service laundry (after being on the move for a while) - and very reasonable charge. Rose was always really helpful, both before and during my visit.

Although it's near the QANTAS and Stockman's Hall of Fame attractions, it's quite a way from the town, and there's currently no restaurant at the Albert Park, so if you arrive by train (as I did) and it's around 38°all day, eating out can be tricky - there's no public transport. But there's a microwave in the room and plenty of crockery and cutlery, so a trip to the grocery store solves that problem! And the walk, along the linear Botanic Garden, is beautiful.

The room was large and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The staff member on was accommodating and met us at our room as the code was not working. It was easy to find and was pleasantly quiet.

The pools were out of order at both properties which was a little disheartening when travelling from Brisbane and being hot a sticky. Also, it was hard to feel the aircon as it is tucked away in the kitchen and takes a while to cool the room.

Room had been recently refurbished and was very fresh and clean. the room was quiet and the Inn was in walkable distance of airport, Qantas museum (which is open at 8 with a breakfast menu - and the best homecooked berry muffin ever!), and the stockman's hall of fame. Inn staff arranged pick up from railway station - which was very unexpected. Thank you. Town center is only 2 km walk from inn with good pathways between. Loved the emu and 8 chicks on the front lawn, and the brolgas on the road near our room!

The air-conditioner kept giving an error message and wasn't functioning at full capacity. Staff reset it, but when turned on next time it defaulted back to error mode. This seems a warranty issue, as the unit looks new. No problems, as used fan instead- and with cooler temps atm, we were very comfortable.

Kids loved spending time in the Pool Was clean and quiet area to stay in. Microwave and tea making facilities and air-conditioning was super cold.

Pool area needs a revamp. Pool tiles starting to fall off. Would be great to have bar or restaurant for nibbles in the afternoon Shower area could use a glass panel or curtain to stop water going everywhere

Large rooms, very comfortable beds, great shower and lots of hot water .Laundry facilities were good.. so pretty much everything you need Very pleasant and helpful desk staff

A little further from the centre of town than we realised although walkable along the Botanic Path and by using the in town hotel courtesy buses . A liitle tired in spots so some attention to those would push it up

Property is very close to Qantas Founders Museum which was convenient. The room was modern & clean. I would have to say the stand out would have to be the service from the lady at the front desk (sorry I didn’t get your name). Nothing was too much trouble & she had lots of helpful information about the area & how to get around. She made our stay in Longreach much more enjoyable

Details for when we arrived and how to access our room was sent to us and it was a good idea. Had no trouble finding this motel. It was just across the road from the qantas museum, you could walk to it. It was a short drive back into town which was great to walk around. We went back in for dinner at The Tavern which was a great meal, welcoming staff. Lovely motel but a bit expensive for the room.

Lovely big room in a good location. Close to attractions and the botanical walk into town. Loved the bathroom which had been updated. Loved parking under the carport immediately outside our room.

Couldn’t sit outside at our table and chairs as the bloke next door was always outside smoking. Very disappointed as we love sitting outside. Thought there would be designated smoking areas away from the rooms.

Got greeted by the most friendliest and helpful worker, Caitlin, at the train station and taken to the accommodation. Fast and easy check in. The room was clean and tidy. Everything you could need was in the room. The beds were comfortable. The pool is great and there's a BBQ, which we used regularly. It was the most wonderful place
