We stayed for two nights. It was expensive considering the age of the room but it was clean, check in/out was easy and the location is fantastic.

Advertised there was a Restaurant and Bar, when I enquired for dinner "Oh we don't open weekends"! Ridiculous, it was a long weekend, they were booked out, had 2 buses in, and we all had to go out and find Dinner & breakfast. We stayed 2 nights, so did most of the other guests. Large bathroom 🚻 no where to hang your wet towels ( we had a family room) Staff not that friendly booking me in & departing, No good morning! Or hope you enjoyed your stay!! Such a shame.

We liked the relaxed feel about the place, the willingness of staff to help and the proximity to local shops and restaurants. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Amanda provided a speedy pick up from the airport as well as a shuttle to the Stockmen's Hall of Fame. Harry's restaurant - located within the complex - provided a well presented and tasty meal on our final night. No breakfast service was offered but Darcy's Diner and Merino Bakery were recommended and both were good and affordable.

Many clients departing on or returning from tours that pick up at the Inn have no appreciation that other guests may want to rest quietly.

Great location opposite railway station and close to town.

Had already paid $196 per night for four nights, but office said “ we have upgraded you to a deluxe room”. Failed to say they charged an extra $13 per night, $52 total for upgrade (which our Son paid, as he arrived before we did). and certainly didn’t show the extra charge on our Room account, still listed at $196 per night!! Scarcely anybody in motel ( off season due to hot climate in January).

Recently renovated to high standard the room was very comfortable with everything you would expect. The shower was excellent with plenty of hot water (super important). It is well located being across the road from the railway station and close to the main St of town. The onsite restaurant was excellent, but only open for dinner.

No cooked breakfast room service and restaurant not open for breakfast. It is a short walk to downtown and I would recommend The Branch Cafe for breakfast. We ate there every morning.

For a motel this was good quality. Much better than other motels i have stayed in. Motel had a courtesy bus to meet me at airport and take me back.

Restaurant was closed. This info was not updated in bookings.com which was very disappointing. One of the reasons i chose this motel was because of the restarant When lying in bed air con blew straight into your face.

The convenience of the location - close to the town centre but quiet at night time. The very good facilities - cutlery, crockery, laundry facilities readily available, excellent restaurant on site( reservation essential),

The room is large, bed very comfortable, tv is smart style. You can park near your room, it is very close to town. Travel through here regularly and not notice this one previously. It will be my new go to for Longreach.

No soap, I was born before 1985 and I use soap but that stuff hanging on the wall. No jug for cold water

The person at the reception was very friendly. The room was not extremly fancy but had everything that was needed incl. shampoo and conditioner, tea and coffee etc.

Some bathroom equipment was replaced, which is good, but to make it better, the walls need to be coated to cover any holes.That will make such a difference. There was dirt and flowers under the bed. :( The rest of the room was clean.

Close to the station- we could see the hotel as we got off the train. Very comfy bed - somewhat dated decor but spacious and well equipped- tea and coffee available and toaster, fridge and kettle. Good restaurant for dinner on site.

Construction was happening- room upgrades as it is off season for tourists- some noise but only between 8 and 4. Harry’s restaurant was closed for breakfast:( The pool had no shade so it was mostly too hot to use it. Internet was not reliable.
