Great overnight stay for our family road trip from Darwin to Townsville… our family stayed in a 2 double bed room which was good for our 2 toddlers. We stayed at the quiet end of the property where there are 2 floors. My parents had a room across from reception and didn’t have the same experience… Also loved that it’s secure and all locked up at night, no one can gain entry that isn’t staying there so your car is safe!

My parents didn’t get much sleep in their room, due to a ?nightclub backing the property and could hear music blasting all night.

We stayed 4 nights. The service at this motel is excellent. Prompt attention to any request, polite and friendly and very accommodating. The room was serviced daily and very nicely done. We appreciated the fresh water bottles daily in the fridge. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure great. The location is good too, central to most things and we appreciated the added security of locked gates. We will definitely stay here again. We left early before office hours but I would have liked to have thanked them personally for making our stay very enjoyable. Thank you B&W’s.

The staff were fantastic - very friendly and helpful. The room was really comfortable. The security gates are a solid feature that lock at night so it felt safe being there. Being 5 minutes walk into the centre of Mt Isa, and with Coles and K-Mart 200m away and the Buffs Club over the road, and a brisk 10-15 minute walk to the lookout, the location is great. While perhaps a little on the expensive, side, it was a great place to stay.

Being right on the main road through Mt Isa (Marian St) there was some late night truck noise, but I was in Room 1. Other rooms would have less road noise I suspect. Having said this, it was really just a very minor inconvenience.

So helpful. Family run business that really helped me out. I was in a bit of a pickle trying to help a friend that rolled their car in a remote area near Isa and had to abandon it. I helped retrieve their belonging but I also had to move to next town the next day so they were kind enough to let me leave a bunch of boxes for a few days for the courier to pick up later. I also accidentally blackened a white sheet with soot and they were very understanding. Location is right next to The Buffs which is a good place to eat, the rooms were very clean and parking is off street.

Nice clean spacious room with really comfy beds! Reasonably priced & fantastic for overnight stay. Secure location with locked gates at night, parking outside unit door & very close to great coffee shop & club for dinner. Found out when we arrived that I’d made a mistake with dates & booked & paid for previous night. Manager didn’t hesitate in offering us the same room for the night we actually arrived, which we very much appreciated!!

Location great. Close to shops and other services required. Friendly staff at reception and very helpful. Place has a pool, there is private spaces and other friendly guests. The place also has gates

At this time there is nothing that I can say which is negative about my stays there. Parking is a little tight but there is no road rage which is great.

Good location and perfect for work travel

Car parking spaces are a bit tight especially when everyone has large vehicles such as utes. However, this is a picky point and doesn't really detract from the overall experience.

Great location - able to walk to most major attractions, which was helpful whilst our car was repaired. Safety gate after hours was good. Staff was able to accommodate change in our stay as it changed with car repairs.

Clean - quiet and very close to everything you need in town. Young lady who checked me in was very nice and polite. Excellent personal and vehicle security after 6pm as it all locks up and no entry except for guests using PIN code

The shower was over the bath not good for older people The bathroom ceiling wasn’t clean and the toilet holder was real old For the price of the room wasn’t worth it only took the room for the queen bed as my partner is over 6 ft
