We loved the location - we were able to walk everywhere! The split level accommodation was great to allow separation and space as a family of 5. We were grateful for the garage to store our bikes and beach gear. It was hot while we were there so we were grateful for the air con and ceiling fans! The pool was fabulous too.

The kitchen sinkhole appeared to have some residue food still in it and the cutlery smelt like it needed a wash.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Having a kitchen was great. Pool was lovely, grounds were immaculate and TV had chromecast. We were going to be late due to car troubles but this was easily accommodated. Great location as it was an easy stroll to the Sports Club and Surf Club, and pizza and seafood takeaways across the road, bakery just up the road. Everyone staying over the busy Chrissy period was very relaxed!

We just had to park on the street as our 4WD was too big. Wasn't a drama as there is plenty of off-street parking. Just a consideration if you have anything valuable to lock it up.

The apartment was very comfortable and well laid out with mostly everything provided. Pool was well maintained and the grounds kept immaculate. A lockable garage was a bonus. We were informed by text when we could arrive after they readied the rooms which was a fabulous surprise. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff . It is situated across the road from a fabulous sports club which is handy for meals or a drink and close to everything.

Sadly it’s been a while since they have updated their welcome/information folder but that’s only a minor problem.

The apartment was really clean and had everything you could need to cook, clean etc. Good size with a balcony, pool and gym. Great location for the beach, for K'gari trip pickups and the Greyhound bus stop. Would definitely stay again.

Some of the dishes needed a clean before use but I believe that's down to previous guests.

Beds comfortable and advance check-in details very clear. Kitchen well equipped and plenty of space for a 2 bedroom apartment, upstairs was lovely. Complex looked well laid out with plenty of parking spaces.

Furnishings a little dated. Fan upstairs was very loud, couldn't sleep with it on! Slight musty smell initially but didn't notice after a while.

Bright and modern apartment with everything you need. Outdoor setting. Pool lovely. Crimsafe on doors and windows. You can easily walk to places in Rainbow Beach business area. Plus shops across the road. I was sent a text to say apartment was ready early.

There are a lot of rules. Penalties are outlined in welcome letter. Didn’t find this welcoming and I couldn’t relax in the apartment. Putting my own rubbish out. I could hear the upstairs people talking after midnight. Plus you hear them go to toilet and flush. This meant I did not get a good sleep. I couldn’t lock the garage and it’s also quite tight.

A great location for a stay in Rainbow Beach, and the complex has a pool and gym, which were nice. Room was spacious and clean. Very comfortable bed and sofa, with all necessary amenities provided

WiFi connection was not very strong and kitchen was a bit outdated.

Close to town. Across the road for food and drink. The apartment had everything we needed. Great TV and a/c was quite.

Close to the road. People loud and drunk and bad language early hours of the morning. Kids screaming in the pool late.

Location and facilities were awesome.

Light fittings in bedroom did not work. Toilet in ensuite needs the plunger replaced. The toilet was making noise all the time.

Excellent location. Close walking distance to everything. Pool was heated and absolutely beautiful. Was a little bit dated but everything was very clean and check in was super easy. Great value for money and would be ideal for families
