Nice apartment - clean, reasonable location, small pool area nice, undercover parking

Direct access to beach is misleading - it’s at least a 5 minute walk; Only had AC in the lounge area. 4 people stayed for 3 nights and we only got 1 spare toilet paper roll - despite texting the reception with our unit number, they basically said we needed to purchase our own as they only offer a starter pack - at over $300 per night I would have thought a few extra rolls wouldn’t have been too much to expect. The last thing we wanted to do was go in search of loo paper on a Sunday evening after we’d had a few drinks!

The view was fantastic! Being able to walk straight out on the lawn was lovely and then easy access to the fabulous beach and pool. Location of apartment was great too - near to cafe, restaurants and a short drive to Noosa. Quieter than Noosa which was fine for us. Ability to borrow boogie boards for the beach was great too. Nice decor in apartment and ample room for four people.

Could do with replenishing the crockery and cutlery (knives, forks and spoons). Only one dishwasher tablet! Not enough hand towels. No tea towels until linen change. No coffee pods, and very limited supply of tea and coffee. Apartment was fairly clean and nicely presented but was a little tired.

AMAZING views. Panoramic ocean views, whales and dolphins swimming past every day. Kitchen and apartment were beautifully stocked.

Quite dirty, sand in lots of places. Single beds were around 20 years old....

The view from the balcony is incredible - you can spend hours looking out to the ocean. We saw a few whales while we were there, spent a lot of time just watching the comings and goings of boats and ships. There's plenty of room in the apartment, nice sized loungeroom and a well appointed kitchen. The host arranged for our dryer to be replaced when it wasn't working, it was replaced really quickly and we appreciated that.

A few of the drawers in the bathroom were a bit broken but it didn't matter at all, it didn't affect our stay.

The water views were amazing. There are some area that need a bit of maintenance, but it was a very nice spot. The unit was well equipped. It was clean and comfortable

The location is on a hill and there is stairs and pathway down to the beach across the road, but its hard going coming back up. Did it once then drove down. Good if you are fit. Me not so much. The unit we were in has metal chairs in the dining area and they were very uncomfortable. The vents in the bathrooms need a clean and the over stove vent looks a bit past its prime. Watch your food if eating on the verandah, magpies, crows and bush turkeys were very quick.

Such a beautiful location. Loved waking up to the sounds of the ocean in the morning and watching the sunrise from the balcony. Sunshine is a much quite and mire relaxing location yet close to Noosa where there's a bit more action. The surf club down the road is just gorgeous!

There were a few dirty dishes left in the dishwasher and I pulled a pan out of the cupboard that was dirty. It didn't bother us too much as I just cleaned it myself perhaps the kitchen could have been checked a bit more thoroughly when turning over for next occupants.

We found the updated kitchen good. The view was terrific too. We liked how close we were to the main town and the beach. The pool and spa were good and we used them every day it was great to have two bathrooms and a full kitchen. It was quiet and relatively private too.

We found the couch very uncomfortable also the dining chairs and table were super uncomfortable. The beds were ok but overall given we were staying for a week we expected there to be more attention paid by the owners to providing a comfortable place to stay. The kitchen appliances were cheap and I’m glad we bought our own coffee pot. Most guests would be happy with the Nespresso supplied.

The view was amazing, being walking distance to the beach access and only a short drive (4 min) to the nearby supermarket in Noosa Junction was great too. Had issues with our wifi, but the staff were quick to remediate this. Even had an early check in which was fab, and very appreciated. Pool and spa was also a plus! (The best time for us to use it was in the evening, when less kiddies were noisy and around).

The cleaning was definitely not very good, still remnants of the last guests toothpaste drops on the bathroom cabinets, and cockroaches too! Some of the couch pillows had really funky smells which was gross. And the kitchen supplies were so slim, with no pepper or oil, and other basics utensils, so we ended up not cooking much. Definitely a bit aged overall, needing a spruce up I think.

The location was great. Looking over the ocean was amazing and being able to just walk to the beach was worth its weight in gold. The layout of the flat was good, lots of space and it was supplied with everything you would need (including dishwasher tabs and washing powder).

The kitchen was supplied well, but a few of the pots were a little worse for wear... Lose handles were concerning. The linen and towels were all super clean which was great, the bathroom and kitchen were clean but the place could use a good deep clean, quite dusty. Most dishes needed to be washed before use.

The apartment was spacious, spotless, and free from any unpleasant odors. It was well-stocked with plenty of cutlery and crockery, making meal preparation easy. The staff were warm and welcoming, adding to the positive experience. The pool was pristine, and the hot spa was a true highlight – both were excellent. We also appreciated the immaculate BBQ facilities, which were a great bonus. The standout feature, however, was the ocean views. Dining on the balcony with such stunning scenery was an unforgettable experience – pure perfection.
