The location was perfect, with a view of the surfers in action, and close to all facilities including the Sunshine Beach Surf Club. The unit itself was clean with plenty of room to relax, as well as having excellent kitchen facilities. Parking was available which definitely meant that it was easy to get around and travel from here to Eumundi markets, the other coastal beaches, Noosa etc. It is also a short walk to local restaurants and shops. A great place for Surfers.

The welcome kit consisted of a lot of plastic pouches of washing machine/dishwasher powders etc. which would be better served environmentally by just providing a large container that people could use. This can always be monitored or labelled regarding usage. I am sure the place would get higher marks if the welcome kit was more environmentally friendly and slightly more generous for those travelling from interstate who don't typically carry a lot of "products" and don't want to go shopping soon after getting there.

very clean and well kept accommodation with lovely view, very good location, was peaceful and quiet, just what I wanted. Staff super helpful and friendly.

due to stormy weather, was awake from 5a.m. due to above unit's patio furniture being knocked about making non-stop banging sound, but it was too early to call anyone about it - just 1 of those things that happen unexpectedly. Once wind ceased somewhat, banging noise reduced,

It was a great location with easy access to beach, shops and free bus to Noosa. Lovely views from two balconies. Staff were very helpful. Air conditioning in two of three rooms was especially essential as the weather was very humid.

There was no airconditioning in the top room. And it was very hot (36 degrees) for the guests. The small tower fan did not offer much relief. We had specifically booked this location for air con so addressed it with the staff, who quickly got onto it and organised rentaing a portable air con for the room. Cords hanging down from main TV was unsightly and wouldn't be safe if young children were staying. Surprising considering it was a penthouse apartment.

The location, lack of noise, the views and access to the beach was great. Not disturbed by lots of people so very relaxing and fun for us.

It is probably getting close to the time to update the apartments. They were a little run down in areas.

We stayed at La Mer ( Apt 8) for a week in mid June2023 and we would highly recommend it. Location amazing - right across the road from the beach, the local shops ( cafes/ restaurants/ other) and in a quiet location too. The apartment was spacious and clean, large kitchen fully equipped with everything you would need, washing machine & dryer, large balconies with table/ chairs so you can eat brekkie enjoying the morning sun and views. The management ( Lea & Jake) were very friendly and helpful. Deck chairs you can borrow to take to beach (and for the kids- sand toys: buckets/ spades etc etc - we didn't need this but thought this was a nice touch). We loved our week here and will definitely be coming back and staying here.

The wardrobe for main bedroom was in the bathroom.

Great location to the beach and local shops. It was also very easy to get to and from Noosa with a rental car

The apartment was mostly clean, however, there was some food under the coffee table and the shower floor and walls could’ve used a scrub. Would have also been nice to have some basics for cooking such as oil, salt and pepper

La Mer Sunshine beach exceeded expectations on every level! I was amazed at so many things! Location! Views! Space! Cleanliness! Honestly one of the most relaxing stays I have experienced! Equally - I couldn't wait to book again and bring my family and other friends! Location to restaurants, coffee shops, bottle shop, the beach and Sunshine Beach surf club was key - all within a 2 minute walk. Incredible! As we arrived late, communication with staff was friendly and fuss free and the stay was easy with all the privacy one would need. The buzz of Hastings street is less than 10 minute drive so the balance of quiet bliss and bustling, shopping fun is achieved easily. Eumundi markets is an easy adventure out with only a 25 minute drive. I highly recommend your stay here,

Not getting to share it with family and more friends. It's amazing.

The location was brilliant and the staff were awesome.

I am being picky here and the only reason everything was not exceptional was the toilet seat was broken and kept moving and only had one towel for 2 people. Staff were quick to get a second towel.

The view of the ocean was amazing! Large rooms with great facilities and walking distance to club, cafes, beach etc

Our room was at the back of building and it was hard to find it at first with luggage and kids. The second bedroom & bathroom for the kids was locked when we got there. We had to call someone to come and open it after hours and then the door handle was still locked so if we closed the door, the kids would've been trapped inside.

The views were magnificent, you could wake up and see the ocean from your bed. All the apartments were a great size and suited our extended family perfectly.

We tried to eat in most night and there wasn't a huge range in the kitchen cupboards in terms of pots/pans and utencils but we got by :)
