Location near the shops and beach,

Fantastic base to explore Kangaroo island. Denise and Bryan were lovely, accomodating to some of our special requests (leaving luggage, shuttle to airport) and even provided us with some extra food. The villas were clean and had all the facilities including washer with soap and a dishwasher! It’s also a short walk into town which makes it so convenient. And the sea is right outside the property!

The second bedroom can get a bit stuffy and the windows open out to a nice outdoor area. Unfortunately, I also had some very noisy neighbours one night who kept going out to make phone calls.

The Villas are situated in a pleasant and peaceful location on the esplanade. Walking paths and views of the sea are across the road and the jetty with its seal colony is within walking distance. We were greeted cheerfully upon arrival for our two-night stay. The offer of the small loaf of sourdough bread was appreciated along with the advice for must see locations. (Sadly, we didn’t manage to see them all.) The apartment was spacious, well equipped and was very well presented. It was exceptionally clean and the bed was super comfortable. A garage is attached to the villa or there is also easy parking in front of the villa. Wi-Fi is not available.

While a washing machine is provided, the apartment didn’t have the tumble dryer as listed in the Booking.com confirmation information. Unfortunately, for us it was a rainy time and the use of the outside line was not possible making the drying of our washed clothes a challenge.

Property was perfect - very clean, great location, and great value. Situated right near all the shops and restaurants, as well as the gorgeous coast. It had everything we needed for our one night stay, and would definitely stay longer next time! Kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. Hosts were very friendly, and responded quickly when contacted prior to arrival. Property had driveway and garage which was great as we were travelling with a car. Great place!

The position at Kingscote is an excellent area to stay to allow you to explore Kangaroo Island. Kingscote has several restaurants and a pub as well as a very good supermarket. Staying in a villa and having a kitchen makes for a comfortable stay. The villas are modern and well looked after by the live in managers.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa, as a couple we only needed 1 bedroom and would have preferred a larger living area and more comfortable furniture.

I liked how easily accessible this place was along with the friendly owners of this establishment. Ample amount of room space and common area to hang out.

We have fixed some clogging of hair within the sink that was filled from the previous tenants. There was also no lock for the bathroom which was a concern for privacy. Wished the suction of the stovetop hood was stronger as we were cooking lots for the duration of our stay.

Everyone everywhere we went where exceptional, very friendly and helpful, the bay Villas where we stayed was great, only downside was the food at the ozone restaurant could have been a lot better, but we enjoyed everything else 🤗🤗

The food at the ozone wasn't warm enough, we had to send the gravy back and the next night it was still cold.

The size of the villa was perfect, the beds were comfy, the heating/cooling systems were heaven sent and check in was a breeze, I 100% would recommend anyone who wants to stay in Kingscote to check this place out, everyone who stayed in the villa felt very safe and secure with our motorbikes in a garage with a rolling door, by far the best accommodation iv ever had

I didn't like that I didn't stay longer, I seriously can not fault anything, I'm very happy with the stay

Comfortable accommodation in a very central location. Nice and quiet and a short walk into town. We decided to eat in one night and asked to use the BBQ. One was delivered to our room within 30 mins! Nothing was a problem for the hosts.

we could have used anther bathroom being a family of 5 and 3 teenagers, but we knew that before our arrival so no fault of the property.

It was amazing! Beautiful views with the beach front. Spacious, very comfortable beds with extra pillows and blankets. Perfect water pressure in shower. Loved the electric BBQ! And of course the sour dough bread.. thank you so much for that!! And not to forget the very friendly hosts, thank you so much for the hospitality. Will definitely return and spread the word to fellow friends and family.

Stove turns off quickly, takes a while to cook food.
