This was a cute small motel just what I needed for a 1 night stay, all I would say is 1 small thing is maybe a curtain over the front door even though you can't see through I just thought that bit extra privacy but, that will not stop me from coming again, I love small country motels, and the owners catered to my need because I could not get there to late evening so that helped, Thanks so much P.S the WIFI had good coverage considering my mobile internet wasn't so good, that was a bonus I don't know what people are complaining about some said no food available, well its a small town you should be prepared in advance for that, and most hotels like this don't have a full kitchen for a reason, it had a fridge and kettle/microwave, my air conditioner worked perfect, I got in contact with the owner and he was very helpful, now a days you don't always see anyone at the reception so that is why we have mobile phones. and complaining about the room being so small, (book at a bigger hotel then) as you can see the hotel is not a fancy expensive big hotel, this is a small country motel so you can't expect large rooms.

A very basic setup, dated fittings, but the place is historic, and suited us fine for an inexpensive choice of accommodation in the pricey Barossa V! Toured easily from Truro over 2 days. V comfortable bed, and quiet even though on highway.

Office didn't operate, but cleaner onsite provided access. Communication via text and phone call.

This motel was a wonderful surprise with comfy clean facilities at a very affordable rate. It looked small and compact but had everything we needed - including a toaster, a table and chairs and even bug spray in preparation for the possible mosquitos that we didn't have. We heard very little noise from the highway. Rani at reception was very friendly and helpful and had the heater on warming our room for us. The homemade curries ( mild medium and hot) looked wonderful but we already had dinner plans.

It looked like the outside light may have come in through the glass door so we just hung a blanket up to block it out. This could have been a problem for a light sleeper but the blanket fixed it for us.

I liked the very clean room and friendly staff.

The rusted Toilet Roll holder 😔. and there were no restaurants nearby as the Truro Hotel was indefinitely closed for the time being.

On the main road with walking access to everything we needed. A great, cost effective place to stay while being in a central position to visit surrounding towns.

Location was on the way for work. Food was excellent, had my own breakfast. Communication was great and dinner was delivered to the door without further cost.

I had the window open for fresh air so traffic noise and the dog next door were evident, although this noise would have been diminished with widow closed. Handy to fuel and take away and next door to bakery and good coffee for the morning. Parked bus across the road which was convenient to have a large bus park across the road.

It was a perfect spot to head towards the Riverland after a huge event in the Barossa Valley. Comfortable bedding, very clean and very friendly staff.

Couldn't turn the heater off in our room, remote not there.

Lovely Owner who makes Traditional Indian Curries and made me a Delicious vegan curry with naan. The beds were really comfortable and it was great having an ensuite in the room and also a fridge, kettle and microwave and bowls glasses and cutlery etc

The bed was so comfortable. Although it's on the highway it was still quiet. Also very close to the upgraded Stockwell Hotel. The curries available were superb. The Vindaloo had a lovely heat.
