Very well setup apartments with two bedrooms and two ensuites making it perfect for 2 couples.4 quite private apartments in the complex with both front and rear seating and a fenced off rear yard ideal for toddlers Situated at the Southern end of the town it’s within 5 minutes walk of main town services. Brilliant pool/ BBQ area, plus a well equipped kitchen makes cooking on site a breeze if you desire. There’s also a separate laundry for guest use.

The booking process is cumbersome seeing that it is via Booking.com. Separate ID and cc details needed to be verified, making the ease of booking.com irrelevant .

2 good size bedrooms each with an ensuite, and one with a bath. A/C in each room for ultimate comfort. Great sized kitchen with full size fridge, oven cooktop, dishwasher and built-in coffee machine. Swimming pool was a good size and very clean. Location was spot-on! Downstairs apartments both had undercover outdoor dining and small rear yards. Parking was good. No noise at night time, and only the sounds of chickens from over the fence in the morning. Just lovely!

The TV is way too high on the wall for comfortable viewing. Would be better at the bottom of the wall unit. 😊 The outdoor table was very dusty including the chairs, so that was unfortunate. Perhaps purchase a rechargeable blower so the cleaning staff can blow the dust off the table and chairs when they’re cleaning. Works for me at home 👍 Parking, when the house was full, provided some challenges. There were 10 cars on site on Friday night making getting out early in the morning somewhat challenging.

Confortable private accommodation in a great location.

There were a few little things that may not bother everyone: - No full length mirror. - The furniture was a bit aged and saggy - The outdoor benches are way past their use by date (unsafe) * Mainly: The ironing board was just a bench top one and a bit crap. Pretty awkward for ironing good clothes for an event. And a lot of people would be staying here for an event! (A decent ironing board doesn’t cost much but would make a big difference) The iron was cheap/average too. And it needed cleaning prior to use.

Location was great, close to restaurants and shops in the city centre, as well as wineries. We nearly missed the turn to go into the property, as the driveway isn't very big and the sign is easily missed. The rooms are good, love the ensuite for each room with the heated towel racks. One of the ensuite has heated floor, while the other didn't seem to have it. As for the beds, one of the beds seem to be slanting one way. Maybe worth checking by the host(s).

We didn't realise that 2 of the apartments are above, while the other 2 are at the bottom. If we'd known that, we'd have chosen the ones at the bottom to make it easier with the luggages.

Spacious bedrooms, each with big beds and private bathroom made it very comfortable for two adult friends travelling together. Clean linen, many comforts like electric blankets, heated towel rails, fancy coffee machine were nice touches. Lovely modern property with four well-designed apartments set back from the main street of Tanunda, with a pool! It was too cold to swim while we were there but I would happily come back to the Barossa in summer and stay here again.

The post-booking process was bad! After I'd booked and credit card charged, I started receiving repeated emails and sms requesting a photo of myself holding my ID and felt like I was being scammed. The emails were threatening I could be denied entrance to the property if I didn't comply, so I did prior to arrival but I wasn't happy about it. I've never had this happen after many bookings made on booking.com in the past. If the property doesn't have a reception facility there must be a better way to verify IDs.

We loved the size of the a=parment. 2 decent sized bedrooms with queen beds adn very comfortable and tidy, two ensuite bathrooms, one with a spa. great kitchen and pool was beautifully heated and our 6 year old loved the blow up flamingo. correspondence with getaways sa was efficient and friendly. loved the outdoor table too and how tucked away we were from the main road. Extremely convenient location. great shops less than 5 minutes walking. Coffee machine worked great. Bosch appliances.

we loved our stay. wifi was slow but that didnt bother us, we weren't there for the internet.

Location was great. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants and shops. Also short drives to some lovely wineries in the area. The apartment is set back from the main street therefore it was quiet. Bed was comfortable and great air conditioning, the weather was hot and humid on our visit. Lovely swimming pool, however we didn't swim as there were a few people using the pool being school holidays. Would definitely stay again.

Having to send a photo of myself holding my photo ID when booking the apartment. Also not being able to stay longer.

We liked the spa and the spaciousness of the property with the pool and outdoor area. Location was also great.

The spare bed was a little uncomfortable and the lock on the front door was a little hard to manage. Not sure if this was an issue already or if there’s a trick to it but I found the lock difficult. Some coffee machine instructions would be good too as I did notice a machine but not one I was used to. There were some crumbs on the couch on arrival. A little more cleanliness would have been good but other than that it was great.

there was actually 2 sets of instructions i had as to where to get the key - one was at the Tourist shop on main street? which we went to first but then we checked the emAIL we have and it said there was a key box at front of apartment. Think some old info is floating around perhaps on this site.

main bedroom with spa as ensuite - the king bed was actually 2 singles pushed together so i actually felt like i was sleeping just in a single on one side of the bed with the bed join quite noticeable when you lay down.

The location was great. The unit was clean. However, it just needed a few fix ups, which we wrote down. Nothing big, just a few little things. Would stay there again.

The pillows were uncomfortable, and one of the beds on one side was collapsing a little. The front door lock was difficult to use. Like I said, nothing big, but a few little changes would be great.
