I had to check in after hours, and the staff made that super easy and streamline to go at it alone. The rooms were very clean and tidy, and the high quality smart tv is such a treat.

Perhaps rooms could be stocked with some metal cutlery, or at least a checkbox could be ticked when booking, I brought some bread to have for breakfast, and the wooden knife didn't quite 'cut it' :)

The staff are very helpful, friendly, and professional. The room was very spacious. The private balcony was a great spot for a morning coffee. The bed was comfortable. The lounge seating area was not crowded or cramped. All the bathroom facilities were clean and well maintained. I'll be staying at the Strath on my next visit to the Adelaide Hills area.

Nothing to complain about

The room were fresh and well appointment and plenty of space. There was a two comfortable arm chairs and a large table for breakfast. The bathroom was extremely fresh and well presented , with a separate bath and shower.

The mtv controls were a little unclear how to set the sound and so we read subtitles for the evening. Perhaps some peppermint tea bags would be nice .

We brought our own serial with us. The shower head could have some improvement as it was quite blocked. My husband unblocked some of the outlets with a needle, but it does need maintenance more than he could render.

Shower head for sure. Bed was extra firm with no cushioning. We do like firm beds. Room two was a beautiful room and the bed gave plenty of room but just but could have had cushioning. Staff were friendly and helpful. We would recommend The Strath to any of our family and friends.

Staff were great, very friendly. Walk into town was very pleasant, past pubs, cafes and shops, and a park. Room was spacious and very clean. Bottled wine available to buy at reception for very reasonable prices.

More eco friendly. Bulk shampoo etc in shower and yellow bins around for bottles, cans.

our room had the common table and chairs outside and for 3 nights people gathered to drink or have aBBQ..which was fine until 1 night when a group of tradies stayed at the hotel and drank, which the only issue was their loud laughter. I did have to call reception as by 11pm i felt it was ridiculous as i couldnt attempt to sleep. When i left i mentioned it to the girl on reception on our leaving the hotel she was un sympathetic and said "well no one else has ever complained". I felt this was rude and i would sty again but not any room adjacent to the common area!

I found it central to explore the Adelaide hills and the amazing fleurieu peninsula. Quiet location and certainly located to the great town of Strathalbyn. The local eateries were lovely and may have discovered the vast amount of antique and collectible shop.

The room size was amazing. Bathroom was big and had good water pressure. Had lounge chairs and table with chairs. As well as an outside table with chairs. Had fridge microwave etc. Overall a wonderful room, only stayed 1 night but would happily of stayed extra nights.

Carpark was full at night so could have trouble parking in front of rooms but had overflow parking out the front

The communication with the staff was good and information for after hours was clear and precise Very clean and spacious room, comfortable bed, good bathroom with a nice spa bath Good location, just out of town but walking distance in.

The TV was very small, and the limits on the remote to access your own Netflix account etc where not available.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was also so spacious, new and had a jetted bathtub which all of us loved. All the amenities were available. Being a "motel", I really did not expect it to be so nice. Parking at doorstep is also very convenient.
