Our second time staying here. The location is good, with a water view. The unit was clean and comfortable with good space. There is a free guest laundry which was really appreciated. Close to the town centre - easy to walk to and a cycle/walkway across the road the goes as far as you want to walk. Bonus was seeing a white wallaby in the section next door one evening-no need to look for them on Bruny!

The benchtop space was very small and being a little far from the office the laptop couldn't get a wifi signal - the phones had no problem connecting though. On quite a busy road (not at night though).

Our room (No. 25) was separate, no stairs and was just lovely. It had all the amenities you could wish for and was roomy and spacious. The bed was comfortable, with great bedding. The whole apartment was clean, well appointed and had all the mod cons. The wifi worked very well. The bedside LED lights with phone charger were brilliant. Super friendly and helpful gentleman at Reception. It was a shame we were only staying the one night as we weren't able to try the restaurant.

It was great - nothing not to love!

Very comfortable stay in St. Helens with a fantastic view of the bay. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The generously sized double spa in the bathroom was clean and enjoyable after a long day of walking. An area for improvement would be to relocate the smokers' area to the front of the driveway instead of right outside the laundry and room 23. If people must smoke, it should be done far away from others.

Everything was really good and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Would have stayed a second night or got in earlier on initial arrival.

-The black folder in the room was not up to date. I rang one of the advertised eating options to find they weren't serving at the moment. -I also may have eaten at the restaurant but they did not advertise dietary options eg gf -the little rubbish bin in the main downstairs room hadn't been wiped over nor had the little ledge above the microwave; I wiped them both before I left and I didn't mind doing that. ☺️

Reception was lovely and made check in quick and easy after a long day driving. Everything was super clean and bed was really comfortable. Just over the bridge from St helens main street so it was really quiet and peaceful. Really enjoyed our stay and if we are in the area again it will be out go to.

Stairs were a bit creaky, so you could hear your neighbours going up and down throughout the night but was easy enough to ignore once you got to sleep

I was pleasantly surprised by the view over the bay when we arrived and the beautiful birdsong in the quiet of the evening. Although being close to the main road, it was extremely quiet and peaceful and we couldn't hear any road noise to spoil our stay. Sitting out on our little verandah with a glass of wine and watching the sun go down was the perfect way to end the day here. The room was clean and well appointed. We were more than happy having booked our stay here. Our only complaint would be that we hadn't booked to stay longer.

We were very happy with our stay here. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Kitchenette had everything we needed and more. Everything high quality in bathroom. Free use of washing machine and dryer including washing powder. Short walk to shops and restaurants along the waterfront. Manager was welcoming and went out of his way to make sure we had a good stay

Had to go downstairs to bathroom bur sensor light and rails made this very easy.Meals in restaurant next door a little expensive for us at the end of our trip, but it would have been nice to have a special meal there.

Great price for a 3 bedroom room. Our room was in a separate building from the others on the site so there was no noise at all. The unit was incredibly spacious and comfortable. Not much to do in the town but it's a useful place to stop on a trip down the east coast.

The carpark is shared with a restaurant next door. When we left in the evening, we couldn't get a parking space because a restaurant customer had taken it. At this point, the reception wasn't staffed so there was no one to report this to. I'd recommend leaving a phone number on the reception window that can be called if this situation comes up again.

Really lovely staff. Ended up Staying an extra night and they did everything possible to accommodate me also to keep the same room. The room was comfortable and very clean. Was a lovely stay good view and close to town with a lovely walk along the beachfront. Laundry was also free with powders which was a really great 👍🏻
