*Nice modern apartment. * Furnishings and decor were stylish. * TV (Hisence) and A/C good quality and worked as they should. * Appellees soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand sanitizer is a great choice ( All the nice establishments have these I noticed! ) * Security code for front entrance and the Hafele digital door lock are a clever touch, which makes sense since there's no physical check in or staff to cut room keys. * Coffee, (Moccona) tea, (Twinnings) and Nespresso coffee machine are premium options as all are well named brands and Moccona is elite when in direct comparison with the majority of hotels that use Nescafe Sachets. 😞 * Location is superb, especially with the parking and Cafe/providore next door. * ATM right next to entry is a winner! * Complimentary bottle of water was noticed and appreciated!😊

*If I have to be pedantic, I'll mention the fact that check in is at 3pm and check out is at 10am. In an ideal world check in should be at 2pm and check out at 11am, as it is in Major CBD Hotels but knowing full well that this is a regional area then I understand the individual circumstances. * Home & Co (Kmart) hair dryer in my opinion seems out of place especially since everything else is top quality and there's a $20-30 hair dryer here. That was just an observation, the dryer still worked as intended.

Very well located in the middle of St Helens. Easy self check in. The room was a good size, clean, and comfortable. Nice, modern bathroom. Love the providore next door.

The check in details were sent via SMS but I think these could be repeated on the Bookings platform as I could not find the details when I arrived. We have booked several places via Bookings.com whilst travelling in Tasmania and it’s convenient to have all details on the one platform. Alternatively a message on the Bookings platform advising the check in details would be sent via SMS. Thankfully there was a phone number on the front door to help!

Easy check in, got all the information ahead of time and got in with no issues. Room and bathroom looked very modern and clean. Provided with sandwich maker, microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee machine (no stovetop/toaster). Pods, instant coffee and teabags also provided. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Washing machine and dryer available for use on the lower floor, which was useful. Convenient street parking. Nearby IGA, and a good base to visit the bay of fires and beerbarrell beach.

This beautiful house provides my family with spaces to enjoy together on our annual holiday in Bay of Fires. Its proximity to the ocean offers us glorious sights and sounds from the huge windows and spacious deck. Numerous bathrooms cater to our needs and the large kitchen and bbq allow us to cater when we choose. Gail is kind and prompt in her communication and prepared the house professionally and quickly for nap time. We return every year for special family time and we love it!

Perfect in every way!

We LOVED our stay here. The rooms are massive and incredibly quiet and well equipped. Free parking directly out the front. New fittings and furnishings throughout and gorgeous hand creams, shampoo, conditioner and soaps to use. We didn't want to leave our room! We actually stayed in one night, put the fireplace on and ordered fish and chips and had it with a bottle of wine. It was a lovely evening. The Manager was a delight to deal with and assisted us with our enquiry with no questions asked. Even the hallways were quiet, beautiful and smelled wonderful. We would highly recommend this place to stay. Just fabulous.

Nothing. It was a perfect stay.

Everything... The room was stunning... The hospitality was welcoming and the instructions super clear. We asked for extra towels and was happy to wait until the next day when the cleaner came around but the manager even offered them that afternoon, although I didn't see the message until later. The bed was absolutely Devine to sleep in. The whole room was so luxurious and beautiful. They have down and amazing job.

The only complaint is had is perhaps a toaster would be handy to have for breakfast and a small table to have meals at. But honestly we lived without both of these just fine.

This apartment was the best find of accomodation to our Tasmania trip! No troublesome check-in/check-outs, access to the property was via codes that were emailed through prior to arrival. Easy carpark and walking distances to IGAs and surrounding restaurants and shops. The apartment was new and well maintained, clean and very comfortable, also great priced! We would highly recommend this place to our friends who considers staying at St Helen’s.

It was a perfect stay, we loved it!

It was very easy to find. The entry procedure was really easy and worked well. Being a Sunday we parked right outside. The room was comfy-and the bed exceptionally soft with a lovely doona. Pillows were great also. It was extremely generous to put on laundry facilities. Internet worked well. The place was immaculate. Fabulous air conditioning also. Bathroom clean and modern and love love the toiletries provided.

We felt that being an apartment we were expecting to be able to cook a meal but there was really only a toasted sandwich maker and a microwave so only a really basic meal would be possible. No toaster. We had an early start and using the toastie machine to make bread was not the best. The biggest thing was it was a Sunday. Little did we know that everything is shut for dinner Sunday night. We ended up having honey sandwiches for dinner. So totally not your fault but please warn people ahead of time about this one. Some of the more expensive restaurants might have been available but once you have had a glass of wine or two thinking you were walking to dinner they aren’t possible. Also we wanted a cheaper night meal wise. Anyway. Just a warning abt this would be great.

Very central. Modern. Clean & quiet. Not much outlook but we could see the street from Suite 7. The Providore downstairs does a lovely breakfast and coffee and we found Easy Tiger a handy place for a quick reasonable meal.

The apartment is really a generous hotel style room with a microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toasted sandwich maker…. But nowhere but the bathroom to wash up. Design could be better.

The apartment block is located within walking distance from shops and restaurants. Our family apartment and the common areas were beautifully appointed with good quality toiletries provided for our use in an eco friendly manner. The check in/out process was contact less with precise email instructions, which worked very well for us. The only downside was the absence of a window to the outside world. Two very high windows were present which brought in natural light but they were too high to be able to look out from. Other than that, it was a beautiful experience.
