he location was excellent—just a short walk to the town center and with convenient access to the bay, perfect for scenic walks and relaxation. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable sofas and bed that made for a restful night's sleep. The bathroom was spacious, which added comfort to the stay. Heated bed sheets were provided, which was a very welcome touch during the colder nights. The kitchen facilities were good and well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay. Free parking was available right in front of the accommodation, which made unloading and access very convenient. The property has nice garden area with BBQ facilities and a playground for families.
The internet speed was very slow, which made streaming videos or doing any work online almost impossible. Need really to improve this facility There weren’t enough power outlets in the living area, which made it difficult to plug in a laptop or charge devices comfortably. The laundry is shared and requires payment to use, which was a bit inconvenient.

Great location with just a short walk into St Helens. The unit provided plenty of room, with a generous kitchen and living area. I would definitely stay at this property again.
The only thing we didn't like was the bathroom layout. We were allocated the accessibility room, so the bathroom was an open space and you had to walk through the shower space to the toilet. With 4 people sharing the unit, the floor was wet and needed to be wiped down often. We didn't need the accessibility features, so I would request a different room next time.

This particular apartment was huge. It is so large that it has two separate living areas. A full kitchen is supported with nearly any appliance that can be thought of. Washing and drying facilities are very good. A very large screen TV provides a good viewing experience. Some streaming like YouTube are available. The weather and time did not permit use of the outdoor area. It had a BBQ on the deck area. Two bathrooms to share among the rooms were good. Overall, this is a great place to stay.
It is not a terrible thing but St Helens town centre is not a short walk. So any shopping needs and most dining options were quite a distance away. St Helens could be a good place but even in the school holiday period in late September, half the town was closed for business even on a weekend.

Very quiet location, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, with an electric blanket as a bonus. The shower had a huge head and the water pressure was fabulous. The pedestal makeup mirror with magnification was good. You could easily walk in to town, via the water with the path across the road.
The clothing hanging space was very little, it was a rack that folded down on the wall and no other place to store your clothes. It would be nice if there was more covering over the front door and the table and chair outside, Particularly when its wet.

Wow what a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment. Extremely spacious, great kitchen, comfortable beds and a lovely spa. Lovely outlook of the garden and bbq area. I couldn't fault this accommodation at all. I found the cost of this accommodation reasonable and very value for money. The beautiful waterfront across the road and a short walk into St. Helen's. We were happy we could get a taxi out to dinner as well. I would definitely chose to stay here again.

Clean, modern apartments. There are two BBQs available with bbq tools for use in the communal garden area. Microwave available in apartment also, for cooking meals. Great shower. Would definitely stay here again.
Sliding door to access the individual apartment foyer was noisy (probably needed new rollers). An extra chair would have been good as there was only one you could sit in to watch TV and relax. The only other available seating was the bed or the two small stools (with no back) under the little dining table.

This accommodation was fantastic. Very spacious, and a well equipped kitchen too. We spent 2 nights here, and having arrived into town on bikes, the accommodation was happy to let us store them securely inside the unit. Clean, and quiet, we rested up well here, which was just what we needed after an Epic ride on the Bay of Fires trail - Not to be missed if you call yourself a mountain biker and are staying in St Helens. It's only a short walk to town, along a stunning shared use path, so if you a travelling by bike, not a bad place to base yourself at all. I know we will again one day!!

An excellent place to stay while in St Helen’s. The property was very comfortable, beautifully maintained, well-equipped with every we needed and more, very quiet and conveniently located. Only a few minutes to the centre of town. Erin was a wonderful host, also remembering that my wife and I are celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. We would most certainly recommend the property to family and friends. Thank you Erin.

Well what can I say. This has been the best accommodation I've stayed in. There was everything. Ear buds, milo sachets, spare remote batteries. It's like a home away from home. Very modern, fresh, love the shower. I just loved everything. Keep up the awesome work guys. It's all great with what you've done.
This is not a negative but the light for the air con/heater was very bright but I still loved the display of the temperature. A tea towel covering the light solved the bright display light.

Clean comfortable and tidy room with plates glasses microwave toaster fridge and utensils and tea and coffee making facilities. Regular clean towels and linen change available for longer stay. I also made use of the electric blanket on my side of the bed. Laundry coin operated facilities available and we made use of these. On site parking and a lovely BBQ area and garden area.
