stayed overnight in Broadford because hubby was playing golf first thing on Sunday morning, and we didn't want an early start from home...... room was good size, bed was comfortable, and bathroom clean and functional with good water pressure in the roomy shower. I particularly liked that we could open the window for fresh air, rather than needing to use aircon. Despite location of motel (on corner of two highways) the room was very quiet, couldn't really hear any road noise.

would be lovely if there was a BBQ area so that we could have sat and chatted outside, rather than having to sit on chairs in front of our room, in the carpark area.

Plenty of parking available and sufficient for a car trailer. close to Broadford hotel for meals. An interesting historical exhibition nearby. Quiet. Good range of facilities in the room e.g. microwave, crockery, cutlery etc. Airconditioning was very good.

The water for the shower in the morning was tepid at best and that was at 8.15am! The manager was advised. The curtains need a bit of work with broken runners.

Due to a late flight to Melbourne, we needed to check in super late (1am); our communications with the hotel were exceptional, and made everything not only possible but really easy ... for which we are greatly appreciative. Will definitely plan to stay again.

Very easy to find and access. Easy parking. Room was clean, neat and tidy. Even had knives and forks in the cupboard which was great because I had ordered in dinner and had proper Cutlery at hand.

There was a random van parked right at the door of my room, so I had to park my vehicle in front of the door next to mine.

Our room was extremely clean and neat and the shower area was HUGE. It was updated and just felt comfortable. The owner was so pleasant and was explaining that they have been and are continuing to update all the rooms. I had to admit, we were very impressed especially at the price we paid, we've stayed in places that cost almost double but had less.

It's not that I didn't like because it's probably the same for a majority of motels but because of my hips and back I need a softer bed. This is no reflection on the motel and staff though.

The owners were friendly and helpful and the room was very clean.

The Bookings.com site showed that I booked a room that had wheelchair access which it didn’t. Luckily we managed but unfortunately we were unable to access the shower. The owner was very apologetic although it wasn’t their fault.

The bed was very comfortable, air conditioner worked very well, very clean, breakfast was provided, overall was very comfortable, our room was serviced on Christmas Day, thank you for giving up your Christmas to do that.

That there was smokers just out side of the room. It would be a much more comfortable if there was a area were the smokers could go and not just be outside the room. Even tho it does say no smoking in side the room and on the outside of the front door of the units.

Room size, standard and cleanliness. Easy of location. Ample off street and convenient parking. Ability to purchase cold drinks at reception,

Location was great and just a few minutes walk to the local pub that had excellent cooked meals …😊

All was fine … checkin details were good and everything was neat, clean and tidy … heating was good and electric blankets and extra pillows provided was a nice touch .. large clean shower with great hot water and excellent pressure

Comfortable bed. Good size tv. Good location for a morning flight from Melbourne. Nice shower. Good crockery and cutlery.

The slope down in the shower to the water outlet was very noticeable and you had to be careful but the shower was good
