stayed overnight in Broadford because hubby was playing golf first thing on Sunday morning, and we didn't want an early start from home...... room was good size, bed was comfortable, and bathroom clean and functional with good water pressure in the roomy shower. I particularly liked that we could open the window for fresh air, rather than needing to use aircon. Despite location of motel (on corner of two highways) the room was very quiet, couldn't really hear any road noise.

would be lovely if there was a BBQ area so that we could have sat and chatted outside, rather than having to sit on chairs in front of our room, in the carpark area.

Convenient location, friendly owners and staff. Electric blankets as it was very cold were very much appreciated and the warmth of the split system also very appreciated.

The shower was difficult to regulate the water to a suitable temperature especially as it was winter weather (cold) and waiting for hot water was quite frustrating as well.

Plenty of parking available and sufficient for a car trailer. close to Broadford hotel for meals. An interesting historical exhibition nearby. Quiet. Good range of facilities in the room e.g. microwave, crockery, cutlery etc. Airconditioning was very good.

The water for the shower in the morning was tepid at best and that was at 8.15am! The manager was advised. The curtains need a bit of work with broken runners.

Due to a late flight to Melbourne, we needed to check in super late (1am); our communications with the hotel were exceptional, and made everything not only possible but really easy ... for which we are greatly appreciative. Will definitely plan to stay again.

Very easy to find and access. Easy parking. Room was clean, neat and tidy. Even had knives and forks in the cupboard which was great because I had ordered in dinner and had proper Cutlery at hand.

There was a random van parked right at the door of my room, so I had to park my vehicle in front of the door next to mine.

Large comfortable room, with lounge chair. Roomy bathroom, with huge shower & long bench space. Clean & cosy. Quiet….no noise from other rooms, or departing vehicles in the morning. WIFI reception good.

Towels very hard & stiff.

Our room was extremely clean and neat and the shower area was HUGE. It was updated and just felt comfortable. The owner was so pleasant and was explaining that they have been and are continuing to update all the rooms. I had to admit, we were very impressed especially at the price we paid, we've stayed in places that cost almost double but had less.

It's not that I didn't like because it's probably the same for a majority of motels but because of my hips and back I need a softer bed. This is no reflection on the motel and staff though.

The owners were friendly and helpful and the room was very clean.

The Bookings.com site showed that I booked a room that had wheelchair access which it didn’t. Luckily we managed but unfortunately we were unable to access the shower. The owner was very apologetic although it wasn’t their fault.

The quiet area and comfortable

They should clean inside the breakfast cupboard which I believe doesn’t get cleaned because there is no breakfast Service at this motel it was full of cobwebs and dirt

The Room was big and spacious the bed was comfy for $130 per night and the staff were very friendly and helpful they even let us check in 3 hrs early. highly recommend this budget motel
