Beautiful setting. Apartment was comfortable had everything we would need. The staff were all lovely. It was great that the bedrooms has their own individual split system air conditioners so we could set it to individual comfort needs.

Initially the airconditioners in the bedrooms were not working well. when we checked the filters were caked in dust. Also there were a couple others areas that could have down with a spot clean. One suggestion would be that if people are checking in on a hot summer day it would be a nice touch to have the air-conditioning on ready for their arrival.

I loved the decor and the setup. knowing i can return with friends/family and we can all be in the same place. I love the garage lockup. handy if staying longer also. love that their is a laundry and additional toilet downstairs. The two staff on at the bistro were very lovely, funny and helpful.

1. the mattress was terrible 2. the doona was just wrapped in two sheets and very rough. 3. it's cold at the moment, extra blankets would of been nice 4. maybe a few more toiletry add on's. 5. Maybe a basket of snacks with a price list - specially since the bistro was closed for breakfast and dinner. 6. the front door is kinda stuck. maybe get that fixed so it's easier to open.

It is not too far from the city. Ample activities to do with the on-site golf course, tennis, pickle ball, gym, swimming pool and lawn bowl. Townhouse is spacious. Lakeview is fantastic. Dinner at the Grove is good quality and value. Good coffee too which should be available all day, not just from lunch time. There is a spa in the master bedroom which is popular.

There is no coffee machine in the townhouse, no plunger, no instant coffee. Nothing to make coffee. And no coffee from the restaurant until lunch time. The bed is on the too soft side. The basin at the master bedroom is slightly blocked, too slow to drain the water. No heating lamps inside the bathrooms. Only one baking tray is available. The TV setup is difficult to use. Can't locate the free to air channels. There is no sauna or steam bath at the sport hub.

The accommodation was fantastic. Very spacious, quite modern and a really nice location. The bistro at the clubhouse has a fantastic ambience and it was great that they were able to do some takeaway food for us given we couldn't dine in due to the kids bed time.

Unfortunately the bistro isn't open for breakfast so we had to venture into town to find some options. We arrived at night and given it was the middle of winter the townhouse was really cold. It would have been great if they had turned on the heating prior to our arrival. The check-in hours were also tricky for us and something to be mindful of as I had to contact them on the day of arrival once I realised we were not going to arrive during office hours.

The apartment was beautifully laid out, cleaned and fresh. It certainly had a home away from home feeling and could not have asked for more. The reception was helpful and friendly and made us feel welcome. Fantastic place and will certainly return.

We arrived by boat at 6am and could not have an early check-in. However, this was understandable when the accommodation was full. There could also be more coffee/tea bags available since there are no shops on the property. Other than this, this accommodation is perfect.

I stayed in a lake view apartment which was very comfortable and quite. The auto lock up garage was a real bonus as there was some wild weather during my stay. The kitchen was well appointed and the lounge very comfy. The location was a bonus for me as I was travelling for work in the area. The surrounding countryside was beautiful.

The outside areas of the apartment could have been cleaner, that is the balconies etc, very dirty and dusty with cobwebs and lots of bird droppings.

The villa was beautiful, so much attention to detail. A private garage was a delight, a restaurant and bistro on the grounds, playgrounds, golf course, tennis courts, bushland. I loved this and wish all my accomodation could be as perfect. This was a 3 bedroom villa, the staff lock the bedrooms that are not in use, only the two of us so the master bed with ensuite was enough, extremely spacious, with another WC downstairs, and balcony up and down. Totally soundproof, beautiful views. Absolutely delightful.

My only issue was the back door had an issue with the lock, but staff were quick to address it and I'm sure it is being resolved.

Quiet location, a short distance out of the town. Secure, private garage parking with automatic garage door. Three toilets! Well appointed kitchen. Lovely open plan living areas. Big bedrooms. Lots of storage space. Nice & quiet. Excellent main bathroom & superb ensuite.

The carpets need a good deep clean, especially on the stairs & in the master bedroom.

We had a lake-view room and the view was gorgeous! We also really enjoyed the spa bath in the ensuite bathroom. The townhouse was much bigger than expected and the only way we could have been closer to the golf course is if we had slept on the 9th hole!

A little more attention to detail on the cleaning. The seat of one of the toilets had clearly not been cleaned properly, even though the artful fold of the toilet paper suggested that the cleaner had been in the room.

Everything was so lovely and clean and accomodating for our stay, the beds were super comfy and all ammenities were in working order.

The only disappointment was the outdoor patio area that had the hot water service system in it which was a bit of an eyesore and without any roofing on the pergola we were unable to go outside due to the rain coming in. Would have loved to enjoy a cuppa outside in the fresh air still.
