I rang the next day to report I had left my charger and charging cables in the room. I also made it clear if the charger had been found i could arrange for it to be picked up and there was no need to send it to me in Melbourne. Despite the pleasant conversation and assurrances someone would get back to me I have had no further communication. No email. no phone call or sms. Very disappointing.

Check-in instructions and security. Quiet location also not that far from CBD. Good room. Cleanliness. Had most thing we need for one night.

It's up to people but the bed structure was on wheels and when working on my computer while getting back support on the wall the bed would just move, my technique was to put a piece of clothes on one of the wheels has they didn't come with brakes. Also the parking is not really free and because we didn't notify that we were coming as a duo with 2 cars we only got one card for parking.

Spacious and well equipped. Detailed insturctuons on check-in procedure easy to follow.

Located in a medical centre complex. OK for us as we were there during long weekend and the clinics not open. Personally I don't like the cutlery basket right next to the kitchen bin as it feels easy to be contaminated but I guess it's best they could do with the fittings. Found a cockroach next to the fridge. Heafty bonds.

Needed a small apartment for a three day stay to meet family. Apartment was a studio apartment and as we were not planning on meals in the room ideal for us. Easy to access keys. Lift to our 1st floor. Parking at the door. Bed very large and comfortable. Room very quiet. Bathroom large and well appointed. Had all the facilities in the room which was serviced daily. 100%. Would book again. If you needed a larger room they are available on the same floor.

Lovely, clean, comfortable and cooking facilities available,in the stayed in the Ontario appartments. Lovely friendly and helpful staff.

A warning that there could be ants around in the appartments would have been good to know. While it’s not always possible in some buildings to completely eliminate ants is understandable, however if we had known we could have stored food appropriately.

Clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It was a quick overnight stay for us, so hotel type accommodation was fine.

Bit of roadside noise on our side of the building meant we had to keep windows closed - probably wouldn't bother a lot of people. There's not much around so you need to drive for a meal.

It was spacious, clean, luxurious, and generously supplied (juices, coffee, cooking utensils etc). Little things like checking into the room with AC already on. Really enjoyed the stay. Well managed operation.

Not much I can think of.

Great location close to the center of Mildura with ample free parking. Excellent value for money. The room is wonderful excellent extra king size bed with spacious bathroom and well laid floor plan. Easy to access through secure building door via access code with lift to 1st floor. Keys in key safe, with drop box when checking out.

Be aware of the $300 to $500 Bond, released when you leave. No views.

The only very small complaint was the bedroom area was a little dark during the day. Maybe different light globes to brighten the area.

Can't Fault the apartment. Comfy Bed Great shower. Room to Cook. Room to relax.

Being Above a hospital. Felt awkward. You would think apartments would be suited to staff that are travelling or A Locum position; and people travelling to see specialists or needing procedures.
