Location was walking distance to supermarket, restaurants/cafes and main street. One bedroom apartment, 2nd floor, had a pleasant view and great balcony. Modern kitchen appliances. Great full size fridge. Bathroom was a comfortable size and the water pressure was brilliant. Great having washing machine & drier. The bed was med to soft comfortable enough. Our preference is quite firm. Good pillows. Lots of hanging space in closet and drawers. The couch was a two seater pull out which created a springy feel but ok for a short stay. Spacious dining table for four. Clean room.

Crockery had coffee/tea stains in them. Pots were a little worse for wear. Cutlery had stains on them. There was a distinct odour in the corridors (damp smell) and rubbish bags left out near elevators the whole duration of our stay. A cleaner walked into our room without knocking as we were about to leave our room. She sincerely apologized but as I pointed out to her it is courteous to knock and not assume we were not in our room.

What was not to love about this stay. Everything was amazing from the room being even better than the pictures. The clean fresh smell on entry to our room and throughout the hotel. The pool was beautiful and peaceful. The hotel is situated just off main road so is quiet but close enough for a short walk or a quick drive. The value for money I cannot fault and for a family it was perfect!!!

The only thing I could say will probably get an upgrade in the future is the size of the gated car park, with that being said the second area for parking had camera surveillance and our car was perfectly fine there overnight.

The staff at check in were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was quite spacious for its type, very clean, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable, plus multiple air conditioners made it easy to feel comfortable temperature-wise as well. It was great to have the option to book a room with a king bed, which we have at home, rather than having to go back to a queen, which is what usually happens in accommodation.

Pool area is quite clinical, and the hours of check in and check out make it difficult to make the most of in a one night stay

Modern, spotless & quiet. Walking distance to main street restaurants, cafes, pubs, clubs. Walk a little further & you'll find yourself on the beautiful river. 1 bedroom, plus sofa bed in the living area, perfect for mother & son (15 yrs) travelling combo like us, or 2 parents plus 2 slightly smaller kids if that's you. Modern & functional kitchen. Carpark. Pool.

The 2 bedroom apartment met our needs well. It was spacious with a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. A large dining table, ample seating area, smart tv, large balcony on a high floor with a nice outlook (as requested). Walking distance to restaurants with parking on site. We would stay again.

The noise travels from the hallway, however it was only noticeable during the day as people were coming and going. The air conditioner was also quite loud in the main bedroom. We were there over a busy weekend, and the staff member greeting customers, was very informative, however, they were also laying down the law regarding noise after 10pm and I found their delivery a bit over the top.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was effective and quiet.

The balcony hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Dusty and with bird droppings. I reported it to reception. The mini fridge wasn’t adequate for an apartment where we expected to cook our own meal and refreeze our esky blocks for the onward journey. When I mentioned this in a Quest review after our departure the response said the staff would have been able to help if I’d asked.

Large well laid out suite with all the facilities we needed. It was clean and comfortable. The hotel was an easy walk into town and down to the river.

Although it was not a problem to us , staff were on site only until 5pm and as a result locked the swimming pool at that time. There were several families wanted to use the pool later than this and argued with the staff that they had paid for the facility and paid Easter holiday rates so management should provide the necessary staff. The poor staff member could only say that she was doing as instructed by management.

The one bedroom apartment was spacious and very clean. The kitchen was excellent and a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom were an unexpected bonus. The main shopping area and riverfront were a short wyaway and the on-site parking convenient.

The small swimming pool located at the end of the car park was just adequate for cooling off on a 41 degree day. We didn’t use the balcony seating as it overlooked the car park.

Was roomy enough & well equipped.

Spider webs in bathroom. We weren’t told room would be serviced. Most places don’t service rooms for 2 night stays. Can’t understand why all soaps & opened dish detergent was disposed of & re stocked with new ones for such a short stay. Doesn’t seem to make sense environmentally or financially. Not enough parking space. Sign says no boats or caravans behind gated parking, yet there was a boat in there.

The unit had everything that we needed and was quiet. The lounge and beds were very comfortable. The location was also fantastic as it was only a short walk to dine our and for shopping.

The only complaint we had was the disinfectant that was used, it was super strong and the smell was difficult to stand. It was stronger in the hallways but still detectable in the unit (bearable in the unit)
