I pass thru Mildura while driving between Sydney and Adelaide a couple of times a year, and I'm happy to finally feel like I have a go-to. It's a motel at the side of the road, sure, but exceptional for its friendliness and the care they put into it. Laura is a wonderfully warm and friendly host, and the location is right on the main drag, near restaurants, shopping, gas, anything a traveler needs. It's a family-owned business and they clearly take great pride in what they do. Good value for money, very pleasant, will definitely be back.

Family operated business, that's what made our stay special.

The room was great, very clean and tidy, the beds were very well made and super comfy, spare pillows and blankets in the cupboard and the heater was fabulous for the cold night. The motel was very quiet surprisingly as it is on a main road. the parking was great and the bathroom was super clean which i find very important. The fridge size was fabulous too!

I would have loved some butter and vegemite sachets , even if they needed to be purchased. i had bread with me as we were heading home from NSW to SA , but i didn't have spreads.

The owners could not have been more friendly or helpful. My kids appreciated the sachets of hot chocolate as other places we’ve stayed only supplied tea and coffee. Our room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable, with lots of bench space for all of our bags. Large fridge - not a bar fridge. Very close to shops, supermarkets and takeaway.

Unfortunately I couldn’t fit my 4WD with a roof pod underneath the carport in front of our room. That’s on me though as I didn’t check that detail beforehand. I removed the pod and parking was fine. I am unsure if there are other options for tall vehicles.

Owners are very friendly & obliging. Very comfortable bed. Room was clean, spacious & well laid out - a couch & little table & chairs in addition to a long bench next to fridge & microwave. Everything you need for a few nights except the kitchen sink!

Took hot water 2 mins to come through. Despite heating, room was very cold (during 4C overnight temp) but toasty in bed. Could hear some road noise but motel is on the main road.

Spacious room with tasteful, practical, thoughtfully designed, functional features - shading blinds, wide bench spaces in main room and bathroom, comfortable sofa, comfortable bed, full sized fridge/freezer and friendly, attentive owner who met us on arrival and showed us to our room.

Nothing to speak of but if I have to find anything .... a very minor point is that car parking space was a little tight, but it was undercover, immediately outside room and adequate, and I have a large 4WD - a lot better than many motels at any price.

Cannot begin to describe the experience here...most definitely the best customer service ever received at a motel! Family run and family feeling from start to finish. Love what they're doing and the quality of what they've done with the hotel. Clean, spacious rooms with inclusions such as full sized fridge and lounge. DEFINITELY will return!!

Simple check in process with the motel itself (booking dot com are less helpful but these folk made up for it) A full size fridge and mini-microwave; plates, cups and cultlery for three in a three person room (you'd be surprised how often this is overlooked!) Having a pool with easy chairs outside. The surprise easter eggs were a treat for the kids.

3 minute wait for water to heat up due to old-fashioned hot water system.

We stayed in a family room at the Vineland Hotel in Mildura during a road trip and were very pleased with our stay. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with new beds that were extremely comfortable. It had clearly been recently refurbished, with fresh carpet, paint, and tiles, all contributing to a very clean feel. It was an excellent option for an overnight stop.

The only downside was that we could hear trucks rumbling along the main road at night, but it wasn’t enough to disrupt our rest too much.

Like the friendly owner and his son ( great helpful little boy with his Lamborghini) that brought us to the room for room tour. Like the practical bench in the room with microwave ( have microwavable container & cover in it for use, very handy), dish wash detergent provided, large fridge in the room, great for summer and family trip. Saw people cooking BBQ outside the room, what a great ideal, we might do that next time. Like the car can park outside my room, and easy for me to travel my luggage, very handy. Great size room was clean, bathroom look like just been updated, clean and practical design, beds were reasonable comfy, for the price we booked in the last minute, value of money. The location of the motel is brilliant too, easy access to everywhere, and everything you need for your trip ( Maccas next to it, petrol station just across the road, quick drive to main road and water side). We are happy with our stay, highly recommended.

Just wish have more sounds proof on the door, window and door as we are light sleeper, can easily hear what happened outside the room. Good and Bad.
