Well kept motel. Staff were friendly and helpful when they arrived.

No staff on site during our stay but answered phone call quickly.

Good room and well presented for the price.

Much prefer to be greeted at reception by a human, who I can talk to about things like dining etc. I understand we had Covid, ‘contactless’, unfortunately I see managers and owners using those years to duck having reception manned nowadays.

Clean and modern room, clean bathroom, quiet location, comfy beds. No key needed. Decided to stay another night and were able to stay in the same room.

The property is too dark outside. Difficult to see room numbers because it is too dark, not enough outside lighting.

There was a toaster in the room which meant we could sort out own brekky which we didn't use in prior mornings. much to the disgust of our daughter

Didn’t like the online check in and coded door locks. Not easy for older people to see especially at night time, needed a torch.

The room was very clean and presentable. room was quite spacious and had everything that we needed for a short night. The USB charger in the wall socket near the bed was a massive win!

Water pressure, but this is probably the same throughout the town. Air conditioner was fairly loud.

Easy to get to contactless check in/out

The fact the driveway was blocked by a car parked illegally and we couldn't leave in the morning for over an hour while we waited for someone to turn up.

Clean and tidy. Beds were very comfortable. Staff quick to help with a problem or request. Value for money.

Little noisy due to traffic but hard to do anything about due to location.

Great location and very quiet and I felt safe as a female traveller on her own.

Leaking shower, had to turn off tap too tight and still wasting water... Remote control not working.
