Check in process was very efficient. Room was clean although a little dated but what you would expect at the price point. Beds were comfortable. Kitchenette area had more than enough room to sort out breakfast ect, Fridge was big enough for our needs. Shower functioned very well, water pressure was great and water temp was consistent. Staff were friendly. Facility was quiet, we did not hear any noise from adjacent rooms. Gardens were very well maintained. Pool looked excellent, fenced off with a large grassed area adjacent to the pool. Location of motel is excellent with Pub across the road, Supermarket and takeaway food withing 2 mins walk and Shopping Center about 5 mins walk.

Air Conditioning is the old style 'block' wall mounted system so was a little noisy when operating, but was very effective and heated the room up very quickly. We found that we did not need to run the system during the night (even though outside temp dropped to around 2-3) because the room keep its heat well overnight. Other thing to note is that given the motel in on a corner intersection at a set of lights, during the quite of night we did occasionally hear some 'rev heads' making some noise with their aggressive driving out of the intersection. These issues would not prevent us from staying at this motel again given the value for money and the great location.

Rooms were exceptionally clean, neat, tidy and well appointed. Staff extremely friendly and accommodating. Pub was across the road, dan murphys next door and coles next door with shopping mall a short 5 minute walk down the road. Service station with a coffee shop diagonally across the road and coffee and toasties were awesome. Nice pool and lawned area at the back of the motel and we had drinks each afternoon near the pool. We enjoyed our 4 day stay and can HIGHLY recommend staying there.

15th Street and San Mateo are busy roads and there is some road noise in the evenings.

Great Service, very clean. Close to the shopping centres arcoss the road. Coles next door! Tavern across the road, family friendly too! The room was big enough for 2 adults and child 11 years old. Has toaster & Kettle, mirowave and plates & cups etc. Pool is great for swim. Plently of parking!

It get get a bit noisy with traffic as it is off the main road. We still had great night sleep!

Outstanding location, with shopping centre, supermarket, pizza place right next door, and a pub across the street for a drink or pub dining.

Not a criticism, but it's right on a main intersection, with cars and trucks regularly stopping and starting at the intersection lights just outside, so a little noisy at times.

We always enjoy our stay, it’s worth paying a bit more to have a room downstairs with nicer/more modern amenities. Good location and it’s right next to Coles Supermarket which is helpful. Staff are friendly.

Parking can be tricky with larger vehicles, although you are allowed to park on the grass. They have old air conditioning units which are noisey.

Really lovely service lady! Made me feel comfortable going there as a travelling SW. Good pool with cold jacuzzi. Great shower pressure, although they use so much water! They should change to water saving heads. Very clean and comfortable. Nice milk provided in the fridge. Great pub venue right across the street.

There was a toaster but no little butters/jams. The highway it's on is very noisy in the morning and woke me up. The wifi was very slow.

the location a bit out of town but still by a major junction with no double glazing I felt like I was sleeping on the highway and that was even with earplugs in main road location is convenient but the flip side is traffic noise - certainly it may be that more traffic on Saturday night before Xmas- so a Santa on a Harley would not be a nightly issue

Very friendly staff and very clean, spacious rooms. Continental breakfast included in room rate was just perfect. Free off street parking. Very well located over the road from a very popular meal oriented hotel and large shopping centre. Right next door to Coles supermarket, pizza shop and Vietnamese take away. Although on a busy road, we rarely heard any traffic noise inside our room. Most of the rooms have been recently renovated so ask for one of those rooms. Excellent value for money and highly recommended.

Great location, the pub across the road had amazing food and with Cole’s right next door it was very convenient! The room was very clean which was amazing and the pool was a great spot for the kids.

The bed were little hard and uncomfortable for me but my partner and kids had no issues

I arrived at the motel with a couple of mates and we had 2 rooms booked both where very clean and comfortable unfortunately I had encountered a small motorcycle accident on the way that day and had injured my ankle the staff could not have been any more helpful the next morning I went to the emergency at the local hospital and ended up being admitted for 3 days. after a quick phone call they were more than happy to look after my bike and even pack my clothing up from the room I was in and brought it all over to me at the hospital- I am most appreciate for all of their help and will definitely stay there again if I am in Mildura.
