Great place to stay. Thoughtful provision of some snacks on the bar and drinks in the fridge. These were welcome and excellent. The room was very clean and modern and well laid out. The sunscreen and on-tap sparkling water in reception were great.

The communications with the reception/motel were rather strange. We were on the road and they kept telling us by text, to downlaod an app, in order to get access to the room /key. The app did not work for me. They sent the same text several times, which was frustrating. So I called the place and they said as we were arriving before 5 pm we did not need the app. Then when we got there we received a message to please message them with any problems. But it was only manned 9-5. So I messaged with several questions about the room, that I could not work out. it was after 5 pm so they did not reply. But in fact they never replied to my message. I think this place needs to consider a manned reception for a much longer period of time.

This is an exceptionally clean, beautifully furnished and maintained motel. Every detail is well thought and maintained. Its rooms and reception rival something you would expect in an establishment found in a main city. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. All of the products in the room were such high standard and available at the front desk to purchase, the use of native plants brings those staying into the fabric of the country you are staying in, lemon myrtle, budda wood all found on country and was an exquisite detail to add to its overall aesethic.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The facilities were lovely, and everything was thoughtfully designed. The location is perfect, within walking distance to all amenities, making it super convenient. The place was impeccably clean and had such a great vibe. As a solo woman traveler on business, safety and comfort are a priority for me, and this hotel truly impressed me. It felt both safe and inviting, and I would definitely recommend it to others!

If I had to pick something I didn’t like, it would be the check-out process. The hotel stated that staffed hours were from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., so I waited until 8:30 a.m. to check out. However, I couldn’t locate the reception area. There was a space I assumed would be the reception, but it was locked. I tried calling reception, but it went to voicemail, and I couldn’t find any information on how to check out in the digital information pack. Checking in was a breeze—I digitally checked in on my mobile device, which was very convenient, and received a QR code with facility details. However, the pack didn’t explain the check-out process, which left me a bit confused.

Kar-Rama Hotel is exceptional value for money, not only does it tick all the boxes of what you would expect from a Hotel (e.g, clean,professional,comfortable) they also provide large comfortable dressing gowns and complimentary snacks/drinks which is almost unheard of. I was staying at Kar-Rama for my anniversary and they even gave me a free upgrade on my room as a gift. I got to see the room I was going to stay in and it was the same great quality as the rest of the Hotel. Thank you Kar-Rama team. Love your work! ❤

Opened in February 2025 so lovely new, clean and modern. On a corner bit rooms are so quiet. This place is just done right. Everything covered from drink on arrival, some snacks and drinks complimentary , coffee pod machine and fabulous large bed . Pool for the warmer months. Restaurants, RSL and supermarket all within 5 minute walk . Couldn’t fault anything . Would go again . Had a couple kayaks and trailer on and. O problem getting help with parking. Don’t bother scrolling. Stay here

Location was good, bed & pillows were comfortable, shower was excellent. Large towels/sheets were greatly appreciated Office staff were very friendly and helpful. Too cold to try the pool but it looked enticing and clean

Need to update office hours on website(s) - they state 8:00am to 8:00pm but actually 8 to 8 only on weekdays - we got caught out on the weekend & public holidays as we were told afterwards that weekends & public holidays open at 9:am & close 5::00 pm Although the rooms and inside areas were lovely and clean we did note that the people we were travelling with had the previous person's rubbish outside their front door for the 4 days we stayed Whilst we understand what a "boutique" hotel is, having stayed in several, perhaps having 2 chairs in the room rather than one big one would be better Shower alcove could do with a towel rack on the end wall so that the floor mat could be hung up

It was very modern having just been renovated to a high standard . Exceptional pool area and seating within the check in area . Staff very professional and helpful - we were greeted by the owner with a free drink ( non alcoholic) which was a lovely touch . Free mini bar ( not alcohol) but snacks and some beverages. The most comfy king size bed was fantastic and big walk in shower - beautifully finished throughout

The parking was a little tight but an alternative was organised . It is situated on a fairly busy road so some road noise. The room was too light for me as I am a fussy sleeper and prefer complete blackout but the outdoor lighting was bright

Lovely, modernised aesthetic with comfortable touches that take your stay to the next level. The included mini bar, the GHD hair dryer, the beautiful toiletries and comfy robe were all very appreciated after a long day of driving. I wish it was warmer and that I was staying longer to enjoy the pool and other amenities provided.

The online check in and door key took a little getting used to but were helpful when they worked. The lights directly outside the room were a bit bright during the night, but understandable for security reasons. Blinds that block the lights better would help with getting sleep.

We had a fantastic stay at Kar-Rama Motor Inn in Mildura. The hotel is new, clean, and modern, with a stylish and welcoming atmosphere. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, which made our stay really comfortable. A standout moment was the thoughtful gesture from the hotel manager—when she noticed we had a newborn with us, she kindly arranged for a cot in our room without us even having to ask. It was such a considerate touch that we truly appreciated.

Kar-Rama is located right on the main road of Mildura, which makes it very convenient. While it could be a bit noisy during peak traffic times, it always quieted down in the evenings and didn’t impact our stay at all. The only small downside was the exterior lighting—lights outside the room were quite bright at night and came through the gaps in the blinds. I found myself waking up a few times thinking it was already morning, only to realize it was just the outside lights.

Kar-Rama was a fantastic hotel that has only recently opened and still in the process of finishing everything off. Despite this there was nothing we could fault. The communal areas are stunning and very well thought out with impeccable styling. The rooms are small but so well done that you have everything you need and still plenty of space. The bed is super comfortable and the pillows were also very good. The towels, bathroom products, and other items are all of very high quality, best I have seen in most accommodation venues. Even though it is situated on a main road it is very quiet and your night is not disturbed by traffic noise. The location is brilliant and within walking distance of lots of dining options and attractions. The staff are so wonderfully friendly and helpful. We only planned on staying one night as a quick transit stopover but loved it so much we extended our stay. Would highly recommend staying here if you are in Mildura.

Loved everything. An extra towel hook on the back of the bathroom door would be handy.
