I was amazed at the spotlessly clean unit! Although the decor was a bit dated, I have never been in such a clean hotel - there are always places the cleaners miss ... but not here! The gentleman at reception was lovely and everything was so easy.

The only fault was that someone had damaged one of the feet on the fridge, so it leant forward when the door was opened. This certainly didn't create a danger! My beer was the perfect temperature! Plus when I told manager, he was going to sort it out straight away.

The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and freshly made. The images on the website definitely matched the room.

The parking spaces were a little shambolic. We had workers with big 4WDs park directly outside our room. The nature of their job meant they were outside making a lot of noise at a very unresectable hour. The only other issue was the lack of air movement. A fan would be a nice addition to the decor.

Room was spacious and very clean, the bed was very comfortable. The motel is close to main shopping centre, hotel and restaurants. The staff were exceptional. I had a mishap with an injury to my leg, the manager helped me and drove me to the hospital. I would definately recommend the Victoria Lodge when staying in Portland.

The set up of the apartment was fantastic... My son had his own room & was able 2have his best friends visit oh & loved the spa bath... Everything was clean & felt fresh We will definitely stay again

That Mc Donald's across the road isn't 24hrs on week days...

Conveniently located, this stay is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and coffee shops. Access is easy and parking is ample. Good attention from the front desk. Bed and sofa were found clean and comfortable.

TV with just digital signal, no access to streaming platforms.

Loved the little apartment! Excellent facilities and very clean. Kitchen has everything you need to cook a breakfast or dinner. Spa bath very relaxing! Everything there that I needed. Very spacious room. Great location in Portland too.

They need to look at putting in decent toilet paper instead of 4x4 little sheets. Also if you book a room and pay for that described room you should be allowed to use single bed? As well as queen bed.

The spa didn’t work and the shower head placement over the spa made it spray when having a shower. We didn’t expect there to be a spa so was not worried at all

The room was very clean, well stocked, and extremely quiet. We did not hear our neighbours except when they went to their cars, which were parked outside each room.
