There's undercover parking, which was very helpful for us, as it was pouring with rain when we were unpacking the car. The room was small but comfortable & clean. Close to shops, including Woolworths.

If you arrive there after hours, keys are left in a safe near reception with instructions & a map to your room. We found the map a bit hard to follow, especially in the dark. It took us a little while to find the correct entrance to our unit. Some directional arrows highlighted on the map would be helpful. Noise ( loud talking, clattering, door slamming & the bathroom exhaust fan) late at night from an adjoining unit was a bit of an issue one night.

Cleanliness as always and access to all amenities in your own room can wash cook anything you want everything is there and ready to go

I didn’t like that I had three rooms and none had a tv I was really looking forward to relaxing in my own room with my own tv, only one tv in the lounge room, honestly made my stay quite unpleasant, hopefully next time we get the rooms with tvs in them, besides that it was wonderful as usual

Loved everything about our stay. We specially thank the staff for being so accommodative about all our requests. A family of 8 adults and 4 children we thought was gonna be chaos but the enclosed accommodation 2 apartments was just so amazing .

We couldn't cast anything to the tv in the room. Nothing about the hotel, I just wish the weather was a little warmer and the kids would have loved getting into the pool. Being winter, probably separate heaters in the room or centralised heating or heated blankets would have been great, as we were forced to keep the door open to keep rooms warm during night

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Clean, modern and had everything that we needed for our 2 night stay. Very affordable.

The noise from the apartment above. We stayed 2 nights in room 109 and both nights there was so much banging and stomping and running around in the apartment above us which went on for hours. It sounded like they were going to fall through the roof! Would have thought the flooring would be much more sound proof. I loved our apartment but would stay not stay on the ground floor again.

Great and very quiet location close to Portland attractions. 2 bed apartment was spacious with an excellent layout perfect for our girls trip and 2 very nice bathroom/shower rooms was a surprise plus. We made use of the heated pool and thank Keira for coming out with towels for us all. All in all a great place to stay

Not very clean, dog hair throughout the carpet, no soap for the first day until staff came and replenished on our second day. Cleaning staff left our door open (not fully latched ) after they cleaned and we were out for full day, so coming back to our room door ajar wasn’t nice.

The staff were fantastic and very friendly. Nothing was an inconvenience.

Shower screen leaked and the bathroom got extremely wet. The apartment was small. Bed was spacious but uncomfortable. The water was undrinkable and made our clothes (in the washing machine) smell really bad.

The location was idea. And away fm main road. The facilities in the room were very good. The 2 bedrooms were far apart. So lots of privacy and good rest for my family as I tend to snore.

Nothing. Except the dryer could have been a stronger type. It took extra time for us to dry our clothes.

I loved the location of the accommodation and the sizew of the apprtment with all the cokking facilities.

i didnt like that thewir was no allocated parking as it made it hard to find a park. My partyner and I had to park far away from our room and carry our lunggae to the car.

Room had a self-service kitchen with a toaster to allow for your own European Breakfast (cereal from the well-stocked AGI grocery store 6 min walk from our rear second floor room. Extra everything can be aquired if you ask in advance or arrive before 5:30pm.

Hotel restaurant with 7 minutes walking distance. Room air conditioning unit was relatively quiet and the bed and pillows were fresh and comfortable. Beside lighting provided night-time convenience and a microwave and toaster complemented pur wish to have a European breakfast with light shopping at the local grocery store.
