The Location was excellent as was the park and the facilities we were totally amazed at the camp Kitchen with every possibly utensil that you could ever require if you were away camping in tents, the BBQs, stove, Pizza Ovens, and all free of charge I have travelled all over and this is the best facilities I have ever came across. My niece and her daughter were with me from Scotland and they could not believe it but the icing on the cake was the Koala`s outside their bedroom window 3 one night and 4 the next they just did not believe what they were seeing. I will certainly be telling all the Grey Nomads about Portland Tourist Park.

The cabin was absolutely spotless, it was spacious, well equipped and perfect for our needs. The veranda and bench were a bonus. The kids playground was perfect. There was also a games room however we didnt use it.

Couldnt get wifi and there was a lock on the bunk bed room (no other room had a lock) and one of the kids managed to lock themselves in. Rang the emergency contact number and the relief manager was with us in minutes, and was great.

Peaceful, clean and great place to stay with family. Good play area for kids. Enjoyed hearing the birds and seeing the odd koala or two sleeping in the tree tops. Park is secure for guests. Helpful staff.

Wifi use is limited for Facebook, google etc mild usage. No streaming service on tvs. Suggestion if staying. bring own firestick to stream your streaming channels and use hotspot off your phone data if you want to stream on firestick. Really that's the only issue which is not much at all.

Location is perfect, great valley, great hiking trail, amazing ocean with tranquillity of the pristine environment. We did small BBQ in the evening and looked at the Milky Way stars... Cottages are great and clean. We love the place

Cottages need microwaves and toasters. We needed those in the morning. It would be good to have coffee plungers. Another missing thing is WiFi. You can get the signal only near the beach. So, you cannot make a call from the cottages,/camping grounds - no internet. It would be good to set an amplifier and set access to internet eventually...

Location is a little out of town but it is in a quiet area. The cabin we stayed in was clean and very well presented. I thought the bunk beds in the cabin we stayed in were a little high off the ground especially the lower bunk, could possibly be an issue with small children. Shower and water pressure was great. I couldn't fault it and would be happy to stay there again in the future.

Great location, enough room for our family of 5 and a kitchen to cook. Great having a T.V. in the adults room! Having free WiFi and Netflix was a lovely surprise so we could watch a movie! Would stay again!

There wasn't much to not like - the kids were a little disappointed there was no jumping pillow as they saw it on the website.

We've stayed at this park a few times now. Perfect location. Great amenities. Great all round accommodation. Perfect for a fishing holiday.

The mattress needs changing. It's like sleeping on a bed of bricks. It's the only thing that lets the cabin down.

Tidy

Notices up everywhere that if it’s not clean when you leave you get fined etc… but the glasses the mugs and the cutlery were dirty… from previous people staying there. A bit disappointed. I do usually clean things before I use them anyway but to see food chunks and greasy marks on things… pretty gross.

The cabin was great value for money. Great set up, with two bedrooms. Each contained double beds, one with a bunk above. Didnt feel crowded and the cabin didnt have that cheap fragile feel that some do. Kitchen appliances were great. The oven was of good quality. A lot of cabins have classic white ovens with no temp gauges with seperate grill where as this was a modern easy to use, stainless steel Westinghouse. Meant we could save money by easily cooking for the family in the cabin. Decent size shower with great water pressure and hot water. Much needed after a decent car ride. Communication with Ann (office) was very easy and was able to check in onlin prior to arrival. Absolute godsend when you have crying babies upon arrival!

The cabin sits close to a main road. It didnt keep me up and im a light sleeper. However, i could see this being a deterrent to others. Location was also back from town.

Good location. The cabin looks like just been newly renovated. Easy to reach everywhere. Kids love the playground. Very quiet holiday park and convenience. With all the amenities we need.

The Wi-Fi could be better.
