The Motel was a little old fashioned but had an excellent range of facilities. Apart from the usual toilet and shower there was a large fridge, microwave oven, toaster, cutlery, plates and even washing up cloth and detergent! There was also a two seater dining table to make in room eating comfortable. There was an attached Thai restaurant which provided tasty food at a reasonable price. BYO wine also.

Location was fantastic. Great place for a stop over. All required things were there.

Dead flies all over the place. Get a good cleaner. A simple kmart vaccum would do the job. If you lift the curtains you can find a grave yard to flies dead over a decade ago.

The room was spotless. Water in the shower was good pressure, beds were comfortable and there was plenty of on-site parking. Contacting Reception to change room requirements a week before the stay, and to advise approximate time of check in by phone was easy - as there is always someone at front desk to take calls.

Great value for money near Coles and many takeaway food places. Can walk to town centre. Staff friendly and helpful. Room well equipped and clean though we prefer a bar of soap to hand wash liquid.

Pool could be cleaner and even on 30oC days it was freezing. Too long a walk to the showgrounds.

Modern too that was clean & comfortable. Walking distance to supermarket and fast food. We liked the Indian food around the corner.

Nothing to not like. I believe our room fit out was relatively new and I noticed the shower & bathroom floor were quite slippery when wet. Also the bath towels were small & thin.

Bed was comfortable and apart from other guests checking in, it was quiet. Was close enough to Kmart and supermarket (across the road) if needed anything. Close to food and pub places if needed. In house restaurant food was also good.

The curtain didn't close properly in room 6. Used a hair clip and it was all good.

The hosts were very nice, I was warmly greeted on arrival, and the location is within walking distance to town. The room was spacious and had everything I needed, it even smelt nice when I walked in. The bed was comfortable and it was lovely and quiet. I would definitely stay there again.

This motel was a short walk from the railway station. Also close to the town centre. I received a warm welcome upon arrival and the room was clean and comfortable. With temperatures dropping below freezing overnight the aircon did a great job keeping the room at a cosy temperature.

Location was great. Curtains didn’t close letting the light in too early (rm 2). Couldn’t get wifi to work, so just hotspotted my own. Breakfast wasn’t mentioned or offered.

I need wifi for work but I couldn’t get it to work. Curtains didn’t close fully allowing sunlight in too early.

Clean rooms. Soft towels. Bed was fine. Not too hard and not to soft. Manager was lovely when we spoke to him. The pool was clean and cold. Location- close to maccas, servo and kmart. Easy check in and out.

Only thing I would say was the rooms were a little outdated.
