Spacious unit. Close to the laundry room shared with 2 other units. Beds were very comfortable. Block out curtains were excellent. Air conditioners x 3 were appreciated. Parking car right outside unit was great. Location was superb...walking distance to main street, IGA, restaurants and attractions. Heaps of storage in bedrooms and a double cupboard in hallway was great. Loved the breeze coming through the windows. Free wifi was a bonus. Loved the BIG wall mounted TV. Daily service of clean towels, soap, toilet paper if needed was appreciated. Very friendly housekeeping ladies.

We liked everything.....Would have liked a clothes airer in the room for clothes that can't go in a dryer and raining outside. I suggest you cover the outside clothes line with a clear perspex roof, to dry clothes outdoors but safe from wet weather. Would have liked a fly screen door at the front door, to allow airflow, but still have security.

Exceedingly welcoming staff - and so nice to have a 'person' to collect a key from. The personal touch is still I think a preferred 'nice to have' for guests. Excellent room and facilities one of the best out of those stayed in on the trip. . The provision of crockery and cutlery as no meals were included was great. Everything was so clean and fresh. on site parking was a great bonus. The motel was well placed for walking into town to find restaurants, shops and sights. (The Thai restaurant was brilliant if you're headed that way)

It is in a great location really central for the town and very close to the coach and train stations. The motel is Ideal for solo travellers, close to restaurants and cafes, and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful in this respect. The reception desk was manned from very early to late afternoon. I really liked the sitting room area, felt like home and I spent a bit of time there reading. My room and bathroom were decent sizes and very clean. Crockery and cutlery, glasses etc were provided and the fridge was a bonus. I would definitely stay again.

When I walked in to the room it was cosy and warm. The proximity to a restaurant for dinner and coffe in the morning was exactly why I chose your site. I have stayed with you before and will do so again.

I had nothing to complain about. I did send a separate email regarding the flushing in the toilet in that a plumber may need to examine why the toilet would not stop flushing and it was necessary to jiggle the flusher button to get it to stop.

Perfect location for a 5 minutes walk to Albany main street. Also 5 minutes from the ocean. The family suite had 2 good size bedrooms and a large bathroom. Room was very clean. Beds comfy. Parking right outside the room. The complex is quite at night so sleep is good. Shower good. Plenty of coffee shops within 2 minutes walk for breakfast/brunch.

One bedroom had a double, the other bedroom had twin singles. We travelled as 2 friends so a double bed in each bedroom would have been great. The single bed was comfy just a little small.

Terrific location and very comfortable room. Lovely view of the harbour. Great staff and super comfy bed. Very happy and will stay again.

Not the motel’s fault but a lift would have made our lives easier as we had suitcases and our room was 3rd floor. ! Next time we will forgo the lovely harbour view and have a ground floor room.

The location is excellent. The beds were really comfortable. It was great to have tea and coffee provided and the fridge was a good size. Having fresh towels every day was also appreciated! The updated decor was good. Everything was very comfortable.

Some hooks in the bathroom to hang towels would be useful. There is one rail but the room caters to 5 guests, so not very practical. Also, the view out of the second bedroom was a dark, dirty brick wall.

It is in a fabulous spot, walking distance to everything in town. Cafes and pubs surround. Plenty of retail therapy. It is clean, comfortable and views are great. Quiet rooms; the hotel is a solid brick that has been renovated well. The rooms are modern and spacious. Bed was comfy too. The staff were great too.

Check in and check out was easy. The location and allocated parking was great. Could easily walk into town/ restaurants. Bed was large and comfortable and the room was spacious. Shower pressure was good.

A microwave would have been really helpful. Personally I don’t like washing dishes in the bathroom but this is required in many accommodations not just this one so just a personal issue. Would still recommend this accommodation

Location was amazing, short walk to the Main Street, and restaurants and shops all a stones throw away. Room was very clean, comfortable and spacious.

Unfortunately, the 1 thing that did let it down, was the weak shower, might not be a deal breaker for most, but I was very disappointed, & would think twice before staying here again. Such a shame as everything else was brilliant.
