Great location in the centre of the town and facilities exactly as described. Great restaurant and bar downstairs (the breakfasts were very good!) Ample parking at back. Shared bathrooms were good. Shoebox rooms are really great value when travelling on a budget.

The shoebox room in the main hotel got uncomfortably stuffy quickly as no aircon and non-opening window. My room didn’t have a fan either - lucky I took my own electric fan otherwise it would have been impossible to sleep…..

The room was part of a hotel complex but was separate enough for there to be minimal noise. Our room was big enough for a 2 night stay with sufficient kitchenette facilities for our use. Location was quite central to the CBD and close to the Anzac Centre. Walking distance to eateries and groceries.

Seeing attractions such as the Whaling Station, blowholes and Natural Bridge requires a car. Not a problem for us but others may need to be aware.

excellent location, clean comfortable beds. the staff were excellent and only to happy to help with fresh towels daily - we requested rooms away from the main hotel which we got, but really there was very little noice from the hotel.

carpets needs replacing and whilst bathroom looks like it’s been renovated recently the towel and shower curtain rack were completely rusted out! and strangely there is nowhere to put the soap in the - fellow guests returning and talking loudly (which when asked quickly quieted down

In the Town centre of Albany and a very popular hotel re food and entertainment. Very efficient check in and Friendly and helpful Staff. Very spacious room and comfortable beds. Good off street Car parking just outside the room. Kitchenette was good facility. Would definitely stay again.

Kitchenette would be better with a sink and electric hot plate. Had Microwave, Kettle and Toaster, so really not quite a kitchenette. Same as most other motels.

Central location to a beautiful town/city. Unit 10 - spacious. End unit so more private to the others. Good adequate equipped kitchenette. Clean Good access to coastal bike tracks. Allocated parking. Lots of nice eating places, nearby.

Very noisy water pipe lines. When other units using their water. Could do with a bether choice of blinds for unit. Ones that can be adjusted to provide privacy, without needing to block out the whole daylight.

The location was great - right in the city centre, with plenty of parking. The room was clean, the shower hot. There was a bar and restaurant with a great vibe, both of which were open seven days a week- last food orders at 8.30pm which meant we didn't have far to go on Sunday when we arrived late, and Monday, when a lot of other options were closed.

This is a basic motel, and you get what you paid for, however, it was clean, had little kitchenette, ensuite, car parking at the front door, it was convenient, in central location, the staff was friendly and helpful. Also there are few places to eat in the area. If you want a 5 star hotel, this is not the place, but if you just want a clean place to sleep for a night, then it is perfect.

The hotel is in central Albany close to shops and restaurants. Its in walking distance to the bus station and the bay. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially as I had a large complex booking of multiple rooms. The rooms were spacious, clean and had the usual amenities. There was parking closeby. The area was safe and quiet.

Minor issue was I didn't have my ID on me when I needed to check in and I had to walk and retrieve this. If I had been told beforehand I would have ensured it was on me and wouldn't have left the group waiting.

The breakfast was great! My Eggs Benedict was perfect. Eggs nice and gooey. Hollandaise great. Bryce and his offsider were the perfect hosts. Dinner was also very good. Bruce's Fish and Chips hit the spot and my husband enjoyed the Carbonara with mushrooms. My husband had a fall negotiating the restroom step. The staff were so concerned and solicitous. We felt very special.

Would have liked more choice with the TV Channels.

Location was close to everything, easy to access.

On departure, I was instructed to leave the key in room as cleaners were next door cleaning. Later that day, I was contacted saying the key had not been located and was charged $50 from my account to cover it. After explaining I'd done what they asked me to do, my money was refunded. Please return key to reception so they know you have left it with them so you are not accused of taking the key.
