The motel was clean with many apartments at ground level. It was clean and well presented. Staff were really great. The motel is located on a hill that slopes towards the back of the property. We had a large four wheel drive and weren't able to park in the carport provided as it was too low. There was additional parking near reception. A big shout out to the staff who were willing to help with any requests. The breakfast buffet was good as well. Very happy with our stay.

If you had a spa room, you didn't have a washer and dryer. There is a laundry located downhill towards the back of the property. If someone had a disability and had a spa room then walking back might present some issues. Not a problem for us however something worth considering when selecting a room or request a suitable position. Just a thought, not a complaint.

did have some wifi issues but that was prob myself - they gave a booster to help - they cared and continually followed up on this issue- never had this type of caring in the 100s of places I have stayed

The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast choices were awesome, fresh and so much variety, I felt so spoilt! The room facilities were good. This is great value for money and in a great location.

I didn't state this but on arrival it would have been good if I was asked if I had any special needs. I have had brain surgery and the walk from and to reception up to my room was difficult. Some information on how to access the TV channels would have been good. There were a few minor details in the room that need attending such as someone left old sticky tape on some of the walls, the toilet paper on the toilet roll kept falling off because one of the ends was missing.

Where do I start. Words can not describe the luxury of our apartment. It was extremely spacious with everything plus more to cater for your stay. We were surprised to be told that for the cost of a night, which we thought was extremely responsible being school holidays, our stay also included a hot breakfast, which was absolutely delicious. The staff were so friendly and had we not been on a schedule, we would of loved to of stayed for another day or two to just unwind in such comfort.

Couldn't think of anything, even if I tried. More value for money then I have every experienced.

Stayed in an apartment with full kitchen and laundry facilities. This was great being half way through our 2 week holiday, meant I could do some laundry while we were there. The bed was comfy and even though our apartment was right next to the main road, we barely noticed the traffic noise. It was close to town, the perfect base for everything we wanted to do. Buffet breakfast was included in our rate. Plenty of options food wise and was nice to have a cooked breakfast. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially late on a Sunday when I called 20 mins before reception closing time to say we were running late. Grace organised a late arrival pack for us and check in went smoothly.

We had wi-fi, which was handy and one of the reasons for booking here as I had some work to do. It was ok, but hot spotting to the internet on my phone probably worked better.

The house is large and all facilities are clean. Kitchen is great with gas stove, microwave, oven, fridge, kettle and so on. Two bedrooms are large and comfortable. There are TVs in the living room and major bedroom. There is also a garage just outside the house. A small playground with slides for kids is located in front of the house. We really enjoyed our time there. Besides, the location is also good. Easy to drive to anywhere in Albany. The staff are very nice. BTW, the free breakfast is great! Don’t miss it.

The WiFi is not good. This is the only drawback. All other things are gorgeous.

The rooms were so clean & well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was superb in every way and had the same consistency all days! They had all types of eggs, sausages, cereals, fresh juices, noodles, hashbrowns etc. Also, we loved the staff for being so friendly and nice. They always accommodated our needs whenever we asked for it. The hotel is located in the city center and it is close to everything around it. Overall, we loved our stay there and we would come back again for sure!

The WiFi was too slow.

Decent sized apartment fully equipped for a good few nights stay. The complimentary breakfasts were a fantastic bonus and set us up for long days out exploring the local area.

The apartment was all clean apart from the floor clearly hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. They have car ports for each place which is really good, however our car and noticeably a few others didn’t fit under the car port .

A lovely location. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was lovely. Check in was perfect. Bathroom was perfect

One of the rooms didn't have a heater and we were so cold we didn't sleep. The neighbours with an adjoining wall were really noisy, singing Celine dion all night, that is not the preopertues fault but bring headphones just in case. The kitchen could do with a few more items.

Everything, location, free breakfast, cleanliness

Door locks. As the reception said because of child risk there were no locks. But when groups of friends stays together. For instance like us. We faced kinda odd or afraid feeling because hoping no one will come when we take bath n poop. Washing machine at apartment 2. We had difficulty washing our clothes as the washing machine was not working. We need to bring it to other apartment to wash.
