The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and spacious. Loved that cosy, beach style private yard right next to my bedroom.🥰 The kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliances and food, which I found very helpful and pleasant. I had my private car space with plenty of room around the car. This guesthouse is a beautiful big house on a quiet street within a short drive to a petrol station, and all the necessary shops nearby, including an IGA supermarket. I have found the owners very friendly and helpful. Even one of their neighbour was very friendly with me and had some good conversation. It was a sad say goodbye from me, because I found Esperance very friendly in general and I wish to spend longer time there! I would like to thank my host for this amazing service and apologize for the late feedback!🙏😊

Everything! Brian and Jenny made sure that our stay was beyond comfortable. All the little details added (cleansing facial wipes!!) shows how thoughtful they were in making sure every guest felt truly at home. Not only was the place so clean and cosy, Brian and Jenny were so friendly and helpful. We had a late check in and although they didn’t have to, they stayed up and waited for us to get there. Thank you for truly making Esperance a wonderful experience for us! We are holding you to your word; we are definitely coming back to stay with you again!

There is nothing to dislike!

The hosts were absolutely lovely and went out of their way to give us information and make sure we were comfortable. From then, they made sure we were given complete privacy. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean and facilities were excellent.

It would have been nice to be a bit closer to the town and beach but it was still a reasonable location in a suburban street

It provided the right comfort and luxurious feel without the five-star price tag. They have been in the airbnb business for 11 years and almost always booked out for that very reason. Their provisions meet the essence of a bed and breakfast. Highly recommended!

More of a wish than a dislike - is having a washing machine and a place to wash dishes other than the bathroom sink.

We had a lovely friendly welcome from Brian, who was a wealth of knowledge in relation to where we might like to visit and the property was beautifully presented and had everything we could possibly need for a short stay in Esperance. The property was spotlessly clean and the bed was like a big hug! Location was great and so quiet and the breakfast supplies had everything you could want. Our go to accommodation whenever we are visiting Esperance again, thank you Brian and Jenny

Brian and Jenny are very friendly and welcoming hosts and go out of their way to make the stay as comfortable as possible. They made sure I was settled in and then left me to it. Everything I needed was there, from breakfast cereals and bread in a kitchenette to a very comfortable bed and even a little BBQ in a cute private courtyard.

Nothing to mention. The house is set back a way from the esplanade and shops, so a car is recommended, but most people coming to Esperance would be driving, so that's not an issue. Esperance also has tons of free to use e-scooters all over, so that's an option too.

This B&B is perfect in every possible way. All the little details are taken care of. It is really comfortable and cosy with great decor, a fantastic bed, lovely food items, a driveway to park in, private patio area and all in an excellent central location with welcoming and friendly hosts. We really could not have asked for more and will certainly return in future.

It was clean, comfortable and cozy. A traveler couldn’t ask for more for a place to take a break and rejuvenate. I really liked it.

If I really wanted to pick on it then I wish the garbage can could be a little bigger. With three nights staying and taking out food containers, the garbage can overflow.

Jenny and Brian are exceptional hosts who think of everything. The breakfast was fantastic with choices of cereals, fruit, yoghurt and also bread, jams etc. Good coffee and tea too.
