Great facilities, convenient location, wonderful service. Everything went great! The only one big downside was the arrogant attitude and unprofessionalism by one of the reception staff (younger lady with dark curly hair). While all staff and management were amazing, this one lady was just so unpleasant to deal with about literally anything. We observed this behavior with other guests who were there at the same time too which made us really sad. As frequent travelers who deal with hospitality staff on a daily basis we really believe that anyone who doesn’t want to do this job shouldn’t do this job. Hospitality is a specific industry where if you don’t have or want to show basic manners to your guests, you’d be better off changing your job. With that said, it didn’t stop us from enjoying the kindness of all other people we met and our whole stay! Thank you all :)

The accommodation was just spectacular. Simple but extraordinary, My wife and I stayed in a one bedroom studio. It was spacious comfortable, quiet and exceptionally clean. We enjoyed the RAC so much that we altered future accommodations whenever a RAC was available. It was our first stay in a RAC and it certainly will not be our last.

If someone could complain about a stay in this RAC I feel sorry for them!

Awesome park with excellent amenities and very kind, helpful and professional staff. The location is perfect to visit beaches around Esperance which are truly stunning and amazing.

Would prefer a blockout curtain in the bedroom to facilitate a sleeping while on holiday. The blind still let’s in sunlight that woke us up - especially as we were trying to adjust to time changes while travelling

A very clean and well run caravan/holiday park. Loved the location opposite the foreshore. Our unit/villa was comfortable, clean and well stocked with kitchen ware, spare blankets and pillows etc. Lovely large fridge too which is very handy.

A very common complaint we have in many places. We love peace and quiet and you can never do anything about neighbours. It was lovely and quiet most of the time with people staying around us but we never stopped hearing the scraping of the chairs of all the units around us. There is a simple solution to put felt or rubber under the chair legs and it is very cheap to do. It is the most unpleasant sound which grates on you and especially when it is continuous. Only other small comment is when we reported to the staff on our way out that there was a leak from the shower and we had water over the bathroom floor on one occasion one lady was totally disinterested indeed.

The location was great, right near the beach and quick access to the town centre for everything you need. One bedroom unit was the perfect size, the living area had everything you need. Great having clothes line outside and easy parking at your doorstep. We found it to be quiet and relaxing.

The bathroom door needs adjustment and the shower has mould that needs removing.

We loved everything, Park was located right next to the beach, Our Chalet was clean and modern had all the basic amenities that you needed, I loved the Nespresso machine for coffee in the morning.

There were mosquitoes in the room, being so close to water I can understand it can’t be avoided, however next time I would bring insect repellent.

The Queen Studio was very clean, comfortable and stylishly decorated. Full cooktop, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Plantation shutters were lovely. Great views of the water and over to Cape Le Grande National Park.

Your website promoted that our cabin came with a washing machine and dryer. But neither were there. I raised the issue with the staff on duty. It was escalated to Management who went out of their way to resolve this for us. So impressed with their response but not to Booking. com incorrectly advertising the amenities.

Villa had great foreshore views, with 3 well appointed bedrooms, kitchen and living area. Covered patio looking onto the foreshore was great.

Car parking isn't directly outside villa, so it's a short walk to and from car park to unpack and pack vehicle.

I loved the resort ,just across from the beach with great views ,very clean , comfortable and modern it’s a beautiful area to stay with outstanding beaches ,,,

No gift shop on resort a small shop at reception with some snacks and toiletries , I feel they are missing out on a huge opportunity ,

Beautiful villa with a gorgeous view of the beach. Exceptional customer service and great facilities. Our villa was immaculate and had everything we needed. Excellent location. We absolutely loved staying here and would definitely come back.
