Well-appointed room, overlooking the golf course, location was ideal for our needs. Pool was good enough not crowded. restaurant and bar a nice to have on the property. I would definitely visit the resort again.

I was disappointed in the lack of and absence of attention to detail, for the price we paid I expected more. The resort also looked a bit tired and definitely need some maintenance. everything closed early. I would have liked some drinks and food service around the pool area, it is such a lovely setting and would have been ideal. This all said I will re-visit the resort.

Spacious rooms, we prefer not to be on ground floor, quiet location with large pool. Very good buffet breakfast. Located next to an excellent 27 hole golf course. We ate here in the evening a couple of times and the food was very nice, generous portions and busy restaurant every evening, many locals choose to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries here, and it’s also a popular wedding venue. Staff super friendly & helpful especially Katrina and Trisha in the restaurant and the operations Manager Gopu.

Outside pool was too cold really in March, I only braved it twice.

Breakfast- exceptional. Very comfy beds :) Nespresso pods in the room. Staff all through accomodation were very friendly :) Beautiful grounds, gardens, scenery. My kids loved the balcony and pool view. I just wanted one nights accomodation somewhere for my family over the long weekend. Most places in Perth didn’t allow one night, or were ridiculously expensive. Joondalup Resort was reasonably priced and allowed one nights stay :)

We were disappointed the tennis courts were ‘under maintenance’ (However just looked like they needed some TLC) A few things (Eg the cafe we had read good reviews about online) were closed.

The food served during our conference - morning and afternoon sweets and hot lunch - was delicious and plentiful Kudos for using a refillable system for toiletries rooms were large and clean

breakfast buffet was somewhat underwhelming and I opted out also disappointed that despite having a great selection of gins in the bar, only postmix tonic was available In the room I would love to see an upgrade of toiletries - it is a long time since I was last offered a combined shampoo and conditioner. Couldn't opt out of daily housekeeping - which i like to do to reduce drain on water resources

Staff were very helpful and the rooms spacious, beautiful surrounds and great location. Pool was beautiful but cold it would be great if the resort invested and made the pool heated for families all year round. Restaurant food was amazing and breakfast was well catered.

Fridge was very small and didn't work well which is tough when you have small kids and need to keep snacks and cold water on hand. The WiFi was also very bad and kept dropping out which wouldn't have been a problem as I am happy to use my own but the place is also in Vodafone dead zone.

The room was spacious and clean. Loved having 2 bottles of water refreshed each day as well as the coffee pods. The bar and food were excellent as was sitting by the pool for sunset with good music (better without the singer who was too loud). I was there for a sports tournament at Bouncer Arena and it was easy to walk each day and nice to see kangaroos on the golf course on the way home. Went to Rottnest Island from Hilary's Harbour which was not far by Uber.

The pillows were not great but only a minor issue.

The location was wonderful as we like to get away from the city. Having so much space was really nice to and we both loved the shower our room had. Was very warm… the only thing I think would have made it a bit nicer is the positioning of the tv and maybe something complimentary other then the small bottles of water since we had booked the kings suite it would’ve been nice to of had something a bit more from it then just the water

The room and all was very nice however the bed sheet did have a small mark on it which I was a little sceptical of, the bath was the only other thing that looked a bit dirty other then that it was nice, we also had a group staying above us that were a bit noisey which was a little annoying but we still had a great time.

My room was situated on the ground level overlooking the garden and golf Course, the view was excellent, Kangaroos almost at my door each day. The balcony was a bit dated but adequate for my stay as the weather was not so good. My room was well appointed with a comfy bed and excellent bathroom & shower facilities. Very efficient and quiet heating was welcomed due to the cold weather during my stay. The work area in the room together with excellent free wifi was very good as was the large format TV. The housekeeping was without fault, my room looked like day one, each day I returned and walked in. The breakfast was exceptional, the selection of produce was good and fresh. The chef & welcoming staff were very friendly and accommodating to my needs (my poached eggs came in a flash). Good coffee and plenty of room to find a table with a view of the pool area and a complimentary paper to read. I enjoyed my 4 Day stay.

The garden around my balcony could do with a spruce up, the gardens at the resort are exceptional , but around the balconies they looked a bit neglected. Also I felt the restaurant was very basic for a resort, food was good but very basic. The prices reflected this, so it can be a reasonably priced night out for a family and a quick meal.

The size of the room was good.. The breakfast buffet was also good. We stayed over the fathers Day weekend, and it wasn't too busy. Which was nice. The pool was empty, only due to the cold weather at the time though, but my kids still ventured in for a dip.

Beds were a bit uncomfortable, rather firm. Pillows were average. Thankfully, I bought my own in the car with me. The bathroom was a bit outdated, too.

The staff were amazing I’ve never experienced such friendly staff before made me wish I could work with everyone too. The food was so delicious I wish I stayed longer so I could try one of everything on the menu

There was no hot tub it been filled in with a pot plant which would’ve been nice relax in the hot tub by the pool Price for a bottle of wine was a bit expensive When the bottle shop down the road sells the same bottle for over half the price
