is just 2mins walk to the Ferry terminal, it made our trip to Rottnest Island very easy. A lot of eateries downstairs. I like the washing machine and dryer in the apartment too.

There were no lift and no sheltered walkway from the carpark to the apartment. we have elderly with us and 8 big luggage. Got to carry the luggage and climb staircase from basement carpark to the apartment area and then 2 flight if staircase again to my room. What made it more difficult was it was raining on the day we checked out. no sheltered from our apartment to the carpark.

Great apartment for our family of 5. Location was exceptional & we loved having the beach & lots of dining options at our doorstep. Kitchen was amazing!! A wonderful stay all round! The only suggestion I would make is block out blinds in the master bathroom as it gets very warm in the afternoon with direct sun. The pool was on the cold side, but beach was beautiful so wasn’t a big issue. A mini supermarket would be ideal in the harbour area, but had to drive to one. Nevertheless, will definitely stay here again.

Great location with various restaurants nearby, parking in a secure underground car park, apartment is large, 2 comfortable bedrooms with en-suites, all amenities provided for cooking and laundry. Small pool on site too. Very convenient for the Rottnest ferry and hiring bikes. There’s a lovely beach within walking distance and more beaches within an easy drive.

Nothing that the property can do about it, but the gulls were very noisy at night! It would also be good if there was a shop nearby selling fruit, veg, milk etc - the nearest supermarket is a drive away. But again, that’s not the fault of the property management.

Great location near the Hillary marina shops and the beautiful beaches. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. All facilities were exceptional. Great to have underground parking included to keep the car out of the sun. Easy walk to the shops and great to take a day trip to Rottnest island from outside the apartment.

The Venetian blinds in the room did not block the early morning sun so no sleep ins. Would be great to add curtains to the rooms.

The location was astonishing. I didn't realise we would be located directly next to Sorrento quay. The view from our balcony was beautiful it didn't really matter what time of day or night haha. The quay offered boutique shops, restaurants and lovely food. The hotel itself was beautiful, we had a three bedroom that offered four single beds and one queen sized. The kitchen was lovely and overall I recommend staying here if you ever want a relaxing weekend away.

I didn't like that our vacation ended and we had to leave such a wonderful resort haha

Reception staff very welcoming, checking in very streamlined. Ground floor apartment perfect. Beds extremely comfortable. Housekeeping all very courteous and welcoming.

Door to room 112 needs urgent attention, difficult to open and close. Struggled a bit with this...and very noisy. A pair of scissors would have been helpful and larger everyday drinking glasses... Otherwise well appointed...

Nautica Residence is a fantastic community! I particularly appreciate their commitment to sustainability and their focus on creating a welcoming and inclusive environment. The residents are friendly and engaged, making it a truly enjoyable place to live.

I suggest improving the free wi-fi as it was sometimes slow. Initially, my family and I encountered some challenges in connecting to the wi-fi until we had to make a call to the reception desk to get it solved.

The property was easy to find and access to the keys out of hours was easy with great communication and instruction on what to do. The apartment was clean and tidy. We had an expected view of the ocean, with a bit of car park, but we knew that would be the view. I stayed here with my two children and felt safe and secure staying here alone with them. The evenings were mostly quiet. We enjoyed use of the pool, with towels provided. I loved that there were laundry facilities within the apartment and even laundry detergent available for use, these little extra touches made our stay more pleasant. Staff greeted us whenever we encountered them and everyone was helpful if we had any questions. When we checked out, we were able to leave our car in the secure underground car park for a few hours. Access through secure gates to Hillary’s boat harbour was great. We could easily pop out and grab a bite to eat or a snack. Great location, we plan on staying here again in the future.

Nothing, I thought it was great!

The unit was nice and comfortable, Clean, kitchen was set out well, Washing machine work very well. We felt very safe and secure. Swimming pool was a huge hit. Restaurants where a top step and jump, thoroughly enjoyed our walks around the area at night feeling the sea breeze.

The property is located within a harbour / marina development. It had safe and secure car parking and the property was spacious, well lit and very clean. The apartment had plenty of equipment and the bedrooms were comfortable. There were plenty of options for eating out, although some closed quite early. The apartment was well soundproofed.

Worth noting that if travelling with luggage, it would be worth requesting a ground floor property due to narrow stairs.
