Extremely clean and well-appointed. Had a lovely atmosphere. Well-decorated. The location was awesome.

No complaints, but perhaps a flip-file with all the details about the workings of the apartment would have been better than intermittent text messages to wade through on your phone when you are trying to find some information. Things like where the location of the switch is to operate the cooktop. More importantly- the advertising for this particular apartment on Booking.com CLEARLY said “50m from the beach.” And gave the impression that there were ocean views. This apartment is NOT 50m from the beach and has no ocean views. It didn’t bother me that there weren’t ocean views, or that we were a bit further away from the beach, but I think when you are paying up front and staying for 5 x nights, you should be getting what you have been led to believe that you are paying for.

The unit recently refurbished and complete with all utensil for daily cooking. All item are in good condition. Located in ground floor. Parking just beside the unit. Pool access 10meter from your main door. Got BBQ pit and table with chair at your disposal. Superb unit and definitely will book again in future. The staff name Ted give all his got to make sure our stay as comfort as possible.

Loved the accommodation.. it was clean and the location was awesome! The like touches were so cute and the basket with basic amenities was so thoughtful. Tim provided me with easy instructions on entry to the apartment and other useful information and he always responded promptly to my questions 😀

Lack of natural light and noise as people passed the apartment door.

We had a wonderful time here. It was cozy and comfortable, everything was great and it felt like home. We had a good rest here and explored Perth and its surroundings. The nearby Scarborough Beach was also great and we watched a magnificent sunset over the Indian Ocean.

Lovely clean, spacious apartment. Beds were very comfy, and the apartment was well equipped with everything you would need to stay there for a week or 2. Location was excellent, near the beach and the local supermarket and the beach bars and restaurants.

The windows were frosted out as it was a ground floor apartment, so the view wasn't the best.

No physical key to bring wth you. Contact less check in. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Swimming pool was great.

Keypad was hard to operate. Door didn't lock or unlock immediately. Clothes horse was broken.

Great few days in Scarborough!Newly renovated bathrooms.. lovely linens.. unit very well equipped with the basic pantry staples on arrival 🙏

Very old complex that just needs a little jazz up..

Lovely little apartment for my young family of 4 to stay. Was able to close off doors while the baby slept in a separate room while everyone went about their normal business. Walking distance to all facilities, and the host Ted was so easy to deal with and available very quickly.

Excellent location very close to the beach. Apartment was immaculate and hosts were top class.

Stay was too short!

The attention to detail, even down to the little things like knives being sharp.

The door locks take a little getting used to.
