Apartment was very clean, had all the things you need to stay, lovely MOR toiletries, cooking utensils etc. washing machine and clothes racks to hang clothes on, which was great as I don’t like using dryers. As there were four of us good that it had two racks etc so everyone’s washing fit on.

Only thing I would say is our apartment only had one two seater lounge chair, unlike the pictures that had two… we had to sit on dining chairs to all watch TV. If you have late check out make sure your key cards are changed as they stop working at 10am and I couldn’t use the lift…

The staff at Quest Rheola were exceptional! They cleaned our room so quickly and to a very high standard. The reception people were kibd abd helpful too. The location was beautiful, we looked through buildings to trees at Kings Park where we went on walks looking at wildflowers.

If we could give it more than 10/10 we would! The only very minor downside was the lack of water pressure in the showers. We totally understand that the property probably doesnt want guests using too much hot water, but the trickle meant we were in fact showering longer than normal to get clean. Even with this issue our stay was great!

Well appointed and clean. Staff all very friendly. Bit of a walk to restaurants and shops but easy to get rideshare if you don't have a car. We checked out on Sunday and had a late flight. , but had to collect bags by 3pm, which wasnt suitable for our plans.. They offered us to take luggage to another quest to store and collect later ( although we arranged another option) so they did try to assist us. Something to keep in mind if you have a late flight.

Clean. Comfortable. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Full kitchen so we could prepare meals. Very quiet area.

Our room faced west, so it was in full sun all afternoon, making the balcony very hot and unusable. Plus, the air-conditioning blew hot air across the balcony seating. It was on a busy road, so the balcony was very noisy. It was very hot but there was no air-conditioning in the bedroom, just a fan. The location wasn't really close to anything except Kings Park.

the apartment was big and it was serviced daily. There was foxtel so we can watch a lot of movies. The apartment was located in a quiet area, just next to Subiaco. The kitchen was complete, with microwave, dishwasher, toaster, though we didn't actually cook. The lounge was airconditioned but the rooms weren't, although if you keep the door open the cool air from the lounge would come into the rooms and the rooms had ceiling fans anyway.

it was on a quiet street and there was no nearby convenience stores. There was only a small cafe about 5 min walk, the other cafes and restaurants were a further 10 min walk. I didn't mind walking anyway. It would be good if there was a vendo machine on site for softdrinks or juices.

The unit was well set up for 2 people having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, There was also a deck area with appropriate furniture. Well appointed kitchen area and comfortable seating and large TV. Washer and dryer were appreciated. Good location and onsite carparking was provided.

It was unfortunate that repairs were taking place to an outdoor deck area below our unit, the jack hammering from 7am was not appreciated. Also an electrical quirk where the bathroom fans were either both on or off with the lights was ridiculous. This meant being awoken by someone using the other bathroom in the night, solution going in the dark, not safe or sensible.

Chose it for the location as close to Nedlands where we had a family wedding. Liked the layout and the comfort of the apartment and the space was generous. Coffee shop was just a 4 minute walk and it opened early so that was a bonus.

Would love aircon in The bedrooms however the overhead fans worked well. Took me a while to work out how to use the remote and both remotes seem to operate both bedrooms fans from both rooms which was a bit strange . We figured it out though.

We arrived early at the accommodation but the receptionist contacted housekeeping and they confirmed the room was ready. So we could park our car in their secure underground carpark and use the room. The apartment was very clean and very well laid out. The washing machine was really useful. The accommodation is near to Kings Park. All the staff we met were friendly.

Water Pressure very low Infact we purposely to get 2 bathroom unit but we only able to use 1 at each time only If we use both then can’t get the pressure at all

We loved the location and close proximity to the CBD and Subiaco. Facilites were excellent and beds were very comfortable. Loved the Tim tams and biscuits provided - very nice touch! Very handy that we were provided with 2 free parking spots right outside the accommodation.

Perhaps the only suggestion could be to provide more tea, sugar and milk as there were 3 of us staying at the accomodation.
