Very clean, awesome location and a comfy bed. Nothing fancy and the building is old but that is reflected in the low price. Having a kitchen makes staying more affordable and you cannot underestimate the value of free parking. Car parking in Perth is $30/day so that's $30 a day saved!

As with most places the wi-fi is too slow to do any serious work.

Excellent location for West Perth and the rest of downtown. Close to all transport links, shops and restaurants. The apartments are compact and well equipped. Also pretty near sound proof, so no disturbances from neighbours. Ideal for a prolonged stay in Perth if most of your activities are in town.

There was a glitch with the shower head. Had to report it twice before it was replaced. Not too much of a hardship, since there was a full bath. New showerhead fixed the problem. The only real problem was the WiFi/ My last visit (May2025) I was in 508 and the WiFi was excellent. This time, I was in 510. Two doors down. Could only get 2 bars on the WiFi if I sat in the doorway. Not conducive to efficient business.........

Awful poor internet connection

Didn't remember on booking that we had stayed here before. As soon as we arrived felt good about the decision to book. All rooms were clean, tidy and spacious. Nice facility and ease of access. Great bar and restaurant just up the road. Fantastic food. No hot water on departure. Management were very apologetic and worked quickly to get the hot water back on.

- Faulty portable stove - no allocated parking in the hotel parking lot for your room - lack of space in the secure parking lot - free parking across the street from the hotel is not secure

A long way to resturants

The receptionist was very friendly and was very accommodating, she kept our luggage safe whilst waiting for the check in. She even put an extra bed because she saw we were two friends without us asking which was perfect. The apartement was clean and didn't lack anything. Very good value for money.

The noise from the highway at night

The apartments are a short walk from the CBD, shops and entertainment. Close to cycle paths and walkways. The room is sizable and the kitchen was well equipped. Bed was comfortable. Excellent value for the price! A laundry is available and the reception loaned me an iron for an extended period.

Just a personal preference, I would have treasured one comfortable armchair...........

Tbh, it wasn't bad. The receptionist was very nice and helpful, the room was big and clean, there was free parking, it was in a good location (short walk from the city and in a nice area where you don't have to worry when you're alone). For the price, it's really good. I was expecting to have a lot more complaints but it really exceeded my expectations. I can honestly say that I enjoyed my stay here. The kitchen, bathroom and bedroom was seperate from one another which didn't make it feel claustrophobic. Really good for budget stays!

If you're bothered by traffic noises then brace yourself. Otherwise, if you're like me and you kinda find the background noises soothing, then you're fine. I also would've liked thicker blankets (as I like to have more weight on when I sleep), but in fairness, I also didn't ask if they had any. The blankets kept me warm, it's just a not my preference. Those are my only "complaints"
