What can I say, there's nothing to not like about the hotel. We stayed in a king suite on level 22, the city lights were beautiful on the first night followed by a delicious buffet breakfast. Between the amazing service from the restaurant staff and the divine selection of food, of which catered for all cuisines it was a brilliant way to start each day, my tip for the buffet is to get In early to beat the crowd. I read a few reviews regarding the valet prior to the stay and we took the gamble to experience the valet service on offer. Now let me tell you, if you are put off side by some of the reviews don't be! This was our first experience of using a valet service for the car and we genuinely don't think we will go without it again. The brilliant service and seamless convenience this service delivers will surprise yourself how the little things sometimes make a huge difference, we were in and out ,travelling up and down the WA coast as well as dining out. To have the luxury of picking and dropping the car at the front door each time and not dealing with the parking garage saved so much time. The room was beautiful, the shower and water pressure was just perfect, such a refreshing start and end to each day Room service did a fantastic job and I appreciate that they work around all the shopping bags etc To top it off the facilities were a great way to unwind and relax between adventures Overall I 100% recommend this hotel, I've stayed at a variety of hotels and I'm not sure if it was the perfect time of year although every dynamic of the stay was perfect, I'm so greatful to have experienced such an seamless stay

The only downside is there wasn't a spare toilet roll for all the dining we were doing although if that's the only thing I could say bad I think the team has nailed it!

Great facilities. The pool, sauna and steam room were excellent, and this was an attraction when booking. Excellent value for money compared to other CBD hotels. You pay a lot less for similar facilities you receive in more expensive hotels

Loved our stay. These things are really minor, but they could be easily addressed, in which case I would rate this place as awesome. Housekeeping could lift their game a little. Have stayed twice recently in different rooms, and the showers could do with a little attention. The eggs and bacon also wasn't the best. Breakfast is served in restaurant that serves South East Asian cuisine, and the bacon and eggs seemed to have a slight taint from these flavours. Not the end of the world, but enough to turn off a child from eating them. It might have been a one off though.

Centrally-located, modern, and comfortable. Quick check-in & check-out with friendly, professional staff. Spacious clean rooms with Chromecast on TV so I could use my own streaming apps. Lovely warm rooftop pool.

No in-room mini-bar and no provision of bottle-openers, cutlery etc The room service menu is one of the most expensive I’ve seen recently and the mark-up on its wine list was astronomical. Paid extra for buffet breakfast in the morning only to find the number of pax I’d paid for had been incorrectly relayed. Staff at breakfast buffet not quite as switched on as the reception staff (requests to fix coffee machine, ask where various foods were, were met with confusion) There is definitely a need for more than one coffee machine and one that makes decent coffee. The ‘featured Filipino items’ was an interesting idea (loved the sticky rice) but the buffet itself is laid out confusingly and some stations, placed in odd isolated areas around the room, are easily missed.

All the food I ordered was awesome. The team at the bar downstairs that served me were also great

I ordered the salmon eggs bene and the first day it had paper underneath it which just disintegrated when I cut into it. The next day there was a feld napkin underneath it which I just pulled out cause it was so random lol. Coffee was all good but I ordered the same coffee 2 days in a row and the second one was smaller but I paid the same price. Also random note, when you order room service you can’t pick more than one option for coffee extras. I tried getting an extra shot and almond milk but it would only select one.

Good location, easy walk to RAC Arena

Room was booked for 3 adults (2 x twin beds) but was not set up for 3 people - 2 pillows, 2 towels, 2 glasses etc.. Valet parking is very confusing. Rang the hotel before to confirm that parking was available and was told to access valet parking via Shafto Lane at the side of the hotel. There was no signage and no staff around to help. Was eventually told to park on the footpath of the narrow street, leave the car there and organize the parking at check in.

The staff were amazing, courteous and polite. The hotel was packed when we are arrived and each staff member took their time and greeted each customer with a smile. The amenities were fantastic, one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. The gym, sauna and steam room were exceptional.

I couldn't really fault anything except for the lack of parking spaces so you can park to check in, but if you are happy to park across the road in His Majesty's Theatre Wilson's parking (this only cost $22 for roughly 22 hours), it's a quick walk across the road with your luggage to check in.

The price was a little too high. I asked for some skim milk to be bought to our room as I can’t drink full cream but they didn’t have any even though they provide it with the breakfast service. It would be a good idea to provide alternative milks for in the room tea/coffee. Something to add to the booking system so it can be pre arranged. Breakfast was ok but the room was freezing so once you sat down with your hot breakfast it would be cold within seconds.

The staff were helpful and friendly. They made the first experience through till the last comfortable and pleasant for my family. We felt considered, supported and not condescended. Eg our booking on booking.com gave us 2 rooms on different floors but upon seeing our family of 5 with teens, reception/check in staff was considerate and offered option to have 2 rooms on the same floor. This extra step to offer options for our decision making helps plenty and immediately made us feel the hospitality of the place. The cleanliness and general amenities provided in room ,met expectations. Thats better than some other similar category hotels I’ve stayed in Perth.

Breakfast area was dim.

Breakfast was excellent and witha lot of variety. The location was perfect: it exceeded our expectations: very central, but out of the central noise, very conveninet with the car while as 2 minutes from the motorway to go both north and south of Town, just 1 minute from the RAC Arena (there was the tennis united cup which was a very nice surprise) and tomove ariund Perth we vere walking distance to 3 different cat bus. also car rental is 5 minutes walk and the airport train other 5 minutes walk

we stayed there 3 times and tried both the deluxe and the standard rooms. the standard rooms were quite dusty. I had to clean myself before being able to put mu clothes on the shelves

We stayed for 4 nights. The hotel was in a great location, central to everything. Good sized room- we chose the standard double. Modern room and bathroom with waterfall shower and hand held options Room keys are wooden Quiet Pool was a good addition Good sauna and gym facilities

The shower screen was not wide enough so the area outside shower was always wet regardless of whether you're using the rain shower or hand held. Be sure to ask for extra floor mats. Air conditioner was noisy at the lowest fan speed As the outside of the room ( hallway and lifts) is air-conditioned, there appeared to be a permanent suction/vacuum sound outside our room door. Pool was not that big. Husband felt there wasn't enough seating to support the volume of patrons.
