From the very start we’re greeted with happy supportive staff.I had a mobility scooter and staff were patient ,supportive and made me feel extremely welcome.Polite profession staff from all areas of our stay.Reception, valet parking , dining room, concierge all asset to your hotel.They all were extremely helpful in accomodating my needs.What stood out was the cheerful warm reception and their willingness to assist us in every possible way. We have travelled extensively overseas and domestically and we both agree this was the best hotel we’ve stayed in , yes the facilities are wonderful but for us it was your courteous, friendly and professional staff that truly enhanced our experience .please pass this on to your dedicated staff .Thankyou, Mel and Lee Broun

The staff and cleanliness of the hotel is top notch. Great service, we were greeted with a smile every time and offered champagne on arrival. Breakfast also included barista made coffee. Location is very central too, great spot.

For such a prestigious hotel, I expected more facilities (pool/gym/sauna). The beds were also not comfortable. Car Park is not attached to the hotel, you have to walk through public space back into the hotel after parking your car.

Staff were all very friendly, professional and helpful. Belle at the front desk was lovely when she greeted us. We were able to check-in earlier than we expected, which was a pleasant surprise. We thoroughly enjoyed the lounge access (afternoon tea, pre-dinner drinks and snacks, cook-to-order breakfast, etc.). The room was spacious, loved the Byredo products. We also had breakfast downstairs at Ascua, it was very busy, but the buffet offered plenty.

We really enjoyed the Club Lounge Access which includes breakfast, afternoon tea & canapés / happy hour. So was well worth it adding that to our stay! We also really appreciated the personable service provided by Savas! What an asset he is to The Intercontinental 😊

Would be lovely if they had a pool, however can understand this is not possible at this building/location. The rooms were also much smaller than anticipated, and considering we paid $780 for a 1 night stay we were also disappointed we didn’t even get a city view.

Hotel was great. Booking.com was a disaster

Booking.com completely stuffed up my booking. I asked for twin beds. But the hotel didn’t get that request. We had to get another room which cost $300. You cost us $300 and I bet you won’t bother to reply to my complaint. I guarantee you I will not use booking.com to book anything until you respond to my complaint.

Central location, large room and very good breakfast. Close to main shopping malls and easy walk to Elizabeth Quays. The free CAT bus passes the door. Lots of restaurants nearby. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. It was our last night in Australia and we were given an upgraded room on a high floor.

Slightly pricey but situated in Perth city centre

We loved this hotel. Super modern and spacious rooms with an extremely comfortable bed. The staff were very warm and friendly and the buffet was fantastic.

We didn’t enjoy the location. Just be aware if you are staying in a Saturday night the hotel is right near some clubs so there were some brawls going on down on the street and we felt a little unsafe

I had a great stay for six nights at the Perth City Centre Intercontinental - the room had a city view, was very comfortable with modern amenities. It was cleaned and made up every day - the staff were very friendly and attentive. The buffet was included in the room price and was delicious - lots of healthy options. The egg station staff made a fabulous omelette every morning, there was a station to make freshly squeezed juice which I loved and lots of veggies and fruits. It was very close to the Perth convention center where my conference happened - just a few minutes walk away. Hay Street where it's located was very safe even at night. I highly recommend staying here.

No issues

Generous staff and well stocked thoughtful room. Fabulous food at Heno, Tasty in room dining and a very generous late check out. Great view of the north of city. Literally next to the His Majesty’s Theatre

A bit confusion where breakfast was. In room dining a bit limited. Though each item was glorious!

Gorgeous hotel, very friendly staff, excellent location, and good eco practices. I stayed there so I could do and see a show at His Majesty’s which is just across the street and the whole experience was wonderful. I can’t wait to stay again :)

Loved all of it especially the environmental practices. Please keep these up and keep doing more in this space x
