Fabulous apartment for our 1 week stay, spotlessly clean with newly renovated kitchen, full size fridge, cooktop,ample cooking implements. New bathroom had wonderful rainfall shower, quality toiletries were supplied and window that partially opened. Couch, Armchair, TV, and small dining table. Daily Housekeeping service (apart fm Sundays) was impeccable. Close enough to walk to the ferries at Barrack St Jetty, Museums, Coles supermarket very close by.Comfy bed and quality bed linen. We loved having a balcony to people watch over a sunset drink.

Somewhat noisy on level 1 as near pubs, but earplugs are supplied and we had no trouble sleeping.

The Quest West End was chosen because of other customer reviews, its location was perfect for our requirements, and it was value for money, it came right in our holiday budget, so we got far more than we expected. Close to Bus and train station so we could easily get transport around and visit our son and family. Needed easy access to bars and restaurants, of which there were lots. The main shopping area is 10 minutes' walk away, supermarkets close by. All in the perfect location for us. Kings Park and Elizabeth Quays all within easy walking distance. Free RED CAT bus stops very close by. Jess and her team of front of house people were excellent, we felt very valued as clients, every one found time to chat and wanted to get to know us, and ensure our stay was to a very high standard. Keep it up guys you were great. Probably one of the best experiences we have had. We usually stay in hotels but we needed a full apartment with the flexibility to suit our needs, The Quest West End met all our expectations and exceeded them. The ladies who serviced the apartment were superb. it was left clean and spotless every time, if we needed anything they gave us the items quickly. Overall, we it was a great stay. Thank you

The only thing I wish I had done was to request an apartment on a higher floor. There was a little bit of traffic noise. Perth work day starts early so people were commuting early. We knew and understand this, so it was expected. But really it was not a problem for us in the 11 nights we stayed. Not the Quest West End fault though at all. Next time we stay I will know what to ask for. Yes, we will go back.

Location was good - just that there are 2 steps at the entrance of the apartment block, so would need to hoist suitcases up. Interior of the apartment was clean and nicely furnished.

Bathroom - the shower head would spurt water out and the floor outside the shower area would be soaked. The glass "wall" should be made longer or there should be a door to the shower area to help minimise the shower water seeping out into the bathroom floor. Parking is a block away so need to walk a little bit.

The reception team were fantastic, so friendly and helpful, from booking bus tour tickets to connecting the smart TV (when our efforts failed!). We had a one bedroom apartment which was so spacious and had the bonus of a study area which we used to store our suitcases and belongings. The bed was large and comfortable. The aircon worked a treat and was a "life saver" when returning back from the heat of the city! The accommodation was so clean and tidy. We had a daily room service. The hotel is very close to a number of bars (some noisy and brash) and eateries. The train station is also very close. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Not the hotel's fault, but late night car "racing" was a bit of a nuisance, but we soon adapted to this.

Our recent stay at the Quest West End was exceptional. The room was very spacious and comfortable for a week long stay. The staff were extremely friendly and our room was topped up with fresh towels and supplies daily. We would definitely recommend the Quest to our friends and family.

The noise from Murray street overnight was quiet loud, even with the windows and balcony doors closed. Keeping in mind that we were on the 2nd floor

The staff were nice and accomodating, the rooms were clean and spacious. Had everything we needed for our two kids (washing machine, dish washer, seperate bed rooms, etc)

The lounges were so uncomfortable, the backing of them had 0 cushion and my children kept hitting their heads or backs on the steal bars in them, a few bruises.

Fairly large apartment close to the river and many attractions The view from the 27th floor was magnificent. Interesting security: touching a key to a lift button gives a choice of only selected floor and then directs to one of very fast and silent lifts. Despite many events around, pretty quiet. Well equipped kitchen. No breakfast but many places available nearby, including grocery stores.

The lady at reception was so friendly. She helped us with a couple of places of interest and supplied maps and brochures to help us out. We stayed for 3 nights, and the beds were made up each day which was so nice to come back too. The two-bedroom apartment had plenty of room and was in great condition. We cooked breakfast in the morning and there were ample amounts of cutlery and cookware. The location to shops, bars and eateries was excellent and we would definitely stay again.

Location excellent for accessing venues, walking, free bus services, train station. Staff were always friendly, excellent and accommodating late checkout. A pleasure to deal with.

Street noise late at night could be intrusive. Inner city life noises at their best. Revving cars, bikes and revved up folk in abundance. Amusing and frustrating in one!

I liked everything. Caught a plane to watch the football staff knew we were going to be early and made our room available early for us.

Only down side is no fan in the bathroom so going to the toilet not great and steam from shower still would go back
