Easy check in. Friendly staff on check out helped me with a hiccup on the booking (booking.com advertised a free breakfast with room but it did not come through post booking). Staff very helpful and friendly.

The noise of men coming on the floor at 3am, up and down the corridor. I think those that book with children or a child should be put on separate floors to those with no dependents of a young age. 3 of us in the triple room, but only 2 chairs to eat dinner so I sat on the floor for a picnic and notice a blood stain under the narrow shelf running along the wall.

We travelled to Perth for my daughters medical appointment. Shortly after arriving our car broke down. Trying to find a hotel that is safe, secure, friendly, clean and reasonably priced isn't easy but Perth Ibis met all of these requirements easily. Staff were very friendly and so helpful when we had to extend our stay again, while we sorted out our car. The hotel is very centrally located and has a restaurant as a bonus. Breakfast and Dinner were delicious.

I needed to do quite a bit of washing and I don't think I ever walked past an ATM to grab change. Any chance of a card system the same as the vending machines? Sounds crazy but I rarely ever carry cash.

Great location, lovely staff, exceptionally clean and very comfortable room. Could not hear any street noise despite lots of people on the weekend. Bed was very comfortable and all amenities needed for a short stay were included. Bathroom was very clean and good shower. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend for the price - excellent value for money.

Rang to ask about parking, and was told $25 for 24 hours. However when I arrived, it is $25 every time you leave the carpark, so to stay 1 night and go out once, it would be $50. There is His Majesty's Carpark 1 min walk away and I paid $11 and was able to leave and come back over the 24 hours. Something to keep in mind if driving to hotel.

Very central location, carpark just behind, shops, restaurants, metro, supermarket and London court are all walking distance. Breakfast spread was good with a nice view. Bedroom was clean and staff were helpful. We arrived late and someone was there to check us in, property had their glass door locked at night for security which was good.

Water from shower area tends to leak out and bathroom floor will be wet and cold after someone showers. It can get a little uncomfortable especially without slippers provided.

Check-in with reception was fine. Room simple, clean, and suitable. Room attendants were lovely. My only qualm was our double bed mattress was quite firm. We slept 3 nights and all 3 mornings I woke with a saw back. So the comfort was lacking for myself. And sharing a bathroom with my family, I needed a toilet brush. Even though they did provide daily room cleans just that I would've appreciated. We checked out the gym, nice quality equipment. Staff A+ Bed C For the location and price was grateful and the family enjoyed being right in the heart of the city.

All of the staff were amazingly helpful and very friendly throughout my stay. The room was perfect for my needs, a bed, bathroom, tea coffee facilities and place to put my personal clothes and possessions. The overnight parking was most convenient. The complimentary beverage upon arrival was very refreshing. Who doesn't like a free middy of cold beer with a good late lunch, early dinner at a time of their choosing after arrival. Excellent food, great value, both lunch and breakfast.

Nothing could have been better.

The rooms were large. They had everything I needed. They have been done up so we’re modern design. Close to the Perth CBD - everything was a 5 minute walk. Grocery shop and restaurant all close by. Staff friendly and buffet breakfast was delicious.

It was cold when I was there - So I would have like to be able to put some heating on. But I do understand it was cooler than it generally gets in Perth when I was there.

The Perth Ibis is within a short walk from the train station and handy to bus service. The harbour and the shops are all within walking distance. My room was on the backside of the hotel and was very quiet. No traffic noise. The breakfast buffet was in keeping with all of the 4 star hotels I stayed at during this trip in Australia. Lots of options and they are happy to provide gluten-free bread for toast.

Overall I liked the Ibis and would be happy to stay there again. The interiors - the carpeting and fixtures were clean but a bit tired. The place would benefit from a refresh.

Room was neat and clean. Beds were super comfortable. Room was small but fine for an overnighter. Room service was quick and food tasty. I’d book again. Good block out curtains. Staff hospitable. Shower good pressure and hot. Nice clean fluffy white towels.

Noise through the building. There seemed to be something banging somewhere but seemingly not from a room so assume building ventilation or services. So didn’t sleep soundly all night.

We had a newly renovated room, right next to family traveling with us (as requested)- room was very clean. Check in staff very friendly and he remembered my booking - very rare for a hotel in this rating! Room itself was quiet despite being next to the lifts - outside was noisy as we stayed on a Saturday night and hotel is right in the city- nothing that earplugs didn't solve. Bed was comfy, good aircon. Location is fantastic, particularly for concert nearby at RAC arena.
