We travelled to Perth for my daughters medical appointment. Shortly after arriving our car broke down. Trying to find a hotel that is safe, secure, friendly, clean and reasonably priced isn't easy but Perth Ibis met all of these requirements easily. Staff were very friendly and so helpful when we had to extend our stay again, while we sorted out our car. The hotel is very centrally located and has a restaurant as a bonus. Breakfast and Dinner were delicious.

I needed to do quite a bit of washing and I don't think I ever walked past an ATM to grab change. Any chance of a card system the same as the vending machines? Sounds crazy but I rarely ever carry cash.

Great location, lovely staff, exceptionally clean and very comfortable room. Could not hear any street noise despite lots of people on the weekend. Bed was very comfortable and all amenities needed for a short stay were included. Bathroom was very clean and good shower. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend for the price - excellent value for money.

Rang to ask about parking, and was told $25 for 24 hours. However when I arrived, it is $25 every time you leave the carpark, so to stay 1 night and go out once, it would be $50. There is His Majesty's Carpark 1 min walk away and I paid $11 and was able to leave and come back over the 24 hours. Something to keep in mind if driving to hotel.

Check-in with reception was fine. Room simple, clean, and suitable. Room attendants were lovely. My only qualm was our double bed mattress was quite firm. We slept 3 nights and all 3 mornings I woke with a saw back. So the comfort was lacking for myself. And sharing a bathroom with my family, I needed a toilet brush. Even though they did provide daily room cleans just that I would've appreciated. We checked out the gym, nice quality equipment. Staff A+ Bed C For the location and price was grateful and the family enjoyed being right in the heart of the city.

The Perth Ibis is within a short walk from the train station and handy to bus service. The harbour and the shops are all within walking distance. My room was on the backside of the hotel and was very quiet. No traffic noise. The breakfast buffet was in keeping with all of the 4 star hotels I stayed at during this trip in Australia. Lots of options and they are happy to provide gluten-free bread for toast.

Overall I liked the Ibis and would be happy to stay there again. The interiors - the carpeting and fixtures were clean but a bit tired. The place would benefit from a refresh.

We had a newly renovated room, right next to family traveling with us (as requested)- room was very clean. Check in staff very friendly and he remembered my booking - very rare for a hotel in this rating! Room itself was quiet despite being next to the lifts - outside was noisy as we stayed on a Saturday night and hotel is right in the city- nothing that earplugs didn't solve. Bed was comfy, good aircon. Location is fantastic, particularly for concert nearby at RAC arena.

The staff was incredible

I called room service for my dinner, the woman that answered the phone could not understand English very well and passed me off to a man who took my order. I ordered a rib eye steak, which was cooked perfectly! Also I ordered a soda and dessert but instead of dessert I received an extra salad. The next day a young man with a French accent was at the front desk and he corrected everything that had gone wrong!!! He was very professional,and I left feeling I would return at some future date!

right in the heart of CBD, huge choice of eating places, easy distance from the train station. We were able to get complimentary late check out at midday, which was very helpful as we had a late flight that day. Breakfast was nice and good value I thought.

there were renovations going on which were at little noisey at times, but only in the daytime. When I went to have my shower the shower door was stuck and I couldn’t get it open and I got my husband to come and it took him a while, but we got it in the end and made sure to close it loosely.

Bed was comfy, I slept well. Location very central to the city. Staff very friendly and helpful

Parking was a short walk from the hotel (5 mins) and the carpark spaces were tight and challenging, the carpark lift was out of action and there was some kind of water leak in the stairwell. The hotel validated my parking ticket and i walked smartly to the car but trying to exit the carpark the ticket didnt work. I poked the button on the carpark exit and the staff of the carpark took a lot of convincing, i had to phone the hotel to get it sorted out but i eventually got out and all was well.

Staff were great very helpful and polite the room was nice comfy bed brilliant location should you be attending Amplifier or Magnet house walking distance. Parking overnight was close by at $20 through the hotel, you are able to pull out front to check in though. They have room service and a restaurant down stairs, in the room there is a bar fridge and coffee, kettle with milk supplied nice Kabab shop close by to. Definitely recommend I will stay again.

You could hear outside noise where I was but nothing to keep you up all night, considering the location it wasn't too bad.

The whole experience was comfortable enough, very clean, very easy to get room service. Staff was nice. The hotel is close to the bus stop and a few minutes walk to the train station. There's also a mall/shopping center nearby.

We stayed at Room 311. The exhaust in the bathroom wasn't good enough and the water didn't immediately drain in the sink. There was also no place to put our own soap in the shower. And there weren't enough places to hang things.
