Fantastic close location from venue we came to the city to attend. Nice amenities (although we didn’t have time to use in this occasion), clean and tidy - view from 1007 was beautiful, the staff were lovely and helpful, good room service food quality and efficiency, and breakfast buffet is great… by far one of the best selections and food quality I’ve had in a while. I highly rate the coffee - we had two!!

Major- It was VERY hot in the whole building from the lobby all the way to our room and in it - uncomfortably hot! We had to blast air con once in our room. Also the pillows went flat during the night and we had sore necks waking up. Our shower was half broken, only rain head worked, not the sprayer.. not a huge deal but makes it less enjoyable to wash your hair etc as you have to stand out of the water to whole time to do so. Minor- Could also do with a little more sugar in room for tea and coffee.

Loved the location Everything was clean and tidy Bed was extremely comfortable. My husband and I had the best sleep. Pillows were extremely comfortable also. Gorgeous big shower. Awesome sized wardrobe to put our suitcase and hang clothes. Hair-dryer provided. Iron and ironing board provided. Both worked well. Nice sized bathroom. Staff friendly and informative. The whole hotel was clean. The main thing we did like about this hotel was that it was quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend this hotel.

Couldn't order room service after 11pm. We were told we could but food was limited. Once we got online to order something, nothing was available. There than that, we had an enjoyable stay.

Rooms spacious with everything you need - toiletries, bath robes, tea/coffee making facilities. Staff all very helpful. Breakfast had a good variety of items - pastries, fry up, pancakes, yoghurts, fruit, cheese, meat etc. Location is close to the train station.

Breakfast seemed understaffed. The staff that were there worked extremely hard. The pancakes ran out and I had to wait a very long time for fresh ones - in the end I asked the staff to let me know once they arrived so I could sit down (I had a leg injury) but this didn't happen and a kind guest who had overheard brought some pancakes to the table for me. Other than that breakfast was great.

We shared a twin bed room with city views which had everything we needed for a one night stay. The shower was amazing with the option of overhead rain shower or hand held. The amenities were lovely to use also. On arrival and departure all of the staff were professional, friendly and very efficient.

The kettle is very small even to make two cups of tea and every time we boiled the water it would bubble madly and spill out all over the bench. It seemed to have baking soda in it? as the water tasted 'frothy' and caused the volcanic eruption from the kettle.

We were already staying elsewhere that was unsatisfactory and were looking for an alternative for the rest of our stay in Perth. Before booking we asked if there was a room we could see to make sure we were not repeating a bad experience. The receptionist took us in hand for a complete inspection of a couple of rooms including the facilities we would likely be interested in using. She was very pleasant and accommodating as were all staff with whom we came in contact. The comments below are trivial in the scheme of things, but as a previous owner of a kitchen and bathroom renovation business I can't help but notice functional aspects of design and layout. And you did ask for feedback.

I couldn't figure out why there was little towel/clothes hanging options in the ensuite? There was a large picture above the toilet roll holder, where for us, a double towel rack would have been preferable. A couple of of simple clothes hooks on the wall behind the door would have made it impossible for me to have anything to say in this box.

Wonderful location right in the middle of one of the most vibrant nightlife spots in Perth. Plenty of great restaurants and bars around. Still, the room was really quiet. It was high up with a nice view, a very comfortable bed. Everything was clean and modern and the shower was great as was the toilet. Excellent value for money at the time of the year, and definitely the best stay of our Western Australia trip. The staff were excellent and super friendly and polite.

I liked everything, but one thing they could add that would be great would be their own parking. We parked at a nearby parking, which was pretty close, but it would still be more comfortable if the hotel had its own parking.

Great location, close to bars, restaurants, transport and shopping. Lovely, attentive staff. Clean rooms. Good breakfast.

The room doesn't have great sound insulation. There is zero noise from the street but if you're having an afternoon nap you can easily hear the neighbour's close their door or flush the toilet. There is no parking allocated for the hotel. Parking is available across the road but it isn't cheap.

We stayed for my partners 30th and staff left a birthday card, bottle of wine and 2 truffle chocolates in our room for him which was lovely! Love the roller blind to the shower and inbuilt USB points, light switches and light mirrors. The view from the 12th floor was great 👍

That the pool opening hours - especially in summer when it's still hot at 7-8pm when we would've loved a quick dip to cool down in the pool. Also that you have to go down to the street to smoke, would be nice if there was a balcony or area on the back side of the building to go.

I really appreciate the reception staff, especially the Asian guest manager (i didn't see his name on the badge 😔）, his professionalism has shown in communication and manner. His humour made me a pleasure check-in. Btw thanks for welcome cookie. It's delicious but I forgot to buy a can of it.

Um.... I know something in room may not be used for a long time, as I could see dust on a hairdryer. The chair, has a stain which should be left a long time, so I didn't sit on it.

Everything. We really enjoyed our stay. This was our second visit and we will return. The hotel is very accessible for me with me using my walking frame or stick, and the staff understanding of my hearing impairment.

Parking is an issue, but the staff do a lot to alleviate this, assisting with check-in and check-out, and there is an unloading bay at the front door. We parked our car in the City of Perth parking in Roe Street, which was reccomended by the hotel, and left it there for the duration of our stay. Most things we wanted to access were within walking distance, and we used a taxi for a short, night time excursion into the CBD when it was raining.
