A beautiful apartment - we were actually upgraded to a much bigger apartment than what we had booked which was fantastic. The 2 bed apartment had lots of complimentary snacks in the fridge, everything you needed to cook and clean, including hoover, airer, ironing board, washer, dryer etc. Including any washing liquids, sprays, dishwasher tabs - more than enough. Excellent location. Short walk to Perth station, some superb restaurants and pubs nearby, and can catch the blue CAT bus one street away - the CAT busses are free in the CBD. Also, within a 25 min walk to the jetty to catch ferries if you book any (recommend Rottnest Island) - we walked before we knew about the busses, haha!

One of the balcony doors of the master bedroom, didn't close properly, so some outside noise was a little louder than it could have been, but outside noise was not that bad really. Would have appreciated a full length mirror in the master bedroom, if I'm being picky!

Spacious and have a functioning washing machine and kitchenette. We were upgraded from studio to a 2 bedroom apartment which was a pleasant surprise. 10min walk from Perth station and lots of eateries around the area. Felt safe walking there at night

Cleaning was once a week but they could have offered to change the bedsheets and top up essentials such as toiletries. Toothbrush and toothpaste not provided. There was a fly inside the room

I had a great stay! The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the train station and surrounded by countless cafes and restaurants. Despite being in the city center, the apartment is quiet, and the building feels safe. The apartment itself is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, a fully stocked kitchen, and a modern bathroom. I also appreciated the thoughtful welcome snacks and water. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, staying in touch before check-in and being flexible with my arrival time. Overall, this is an excellent place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it!

During my stay, the dishwasher was out of order, and the Wi-Fi was a bit slow, which was slightly inconvenient from remote working.

The balcony is a great outdoor sitting area when it's not cold. The apartment is very close to a Halal-certified restaurant, Jom Kopitiam, great for Muslim tourists to find food if you like Asian food. I booked a studio and then later a 2-bedroom apartment. Both have a washer and a dryer. The 2-bedroom apartment comes with a dishwasher. I like that they use a flame stove rather than induction hobs. Unfortunately, I forgot to take photos of each apartment.

I felt like they did not use floor cleaner and water to mop the tiled floor. It was clean but not squeaky clean. There is a certain guy who kept shouting from 10 pm onwards, and sometimes in the morning, a little after 8 am. He is usually loitering around Washing Lane. The area is not very safe after 9 pm. But as long as you're in your apartment, it is fine.

The location was great being in a vibrant area of the city - but also slightly tucked away so that it wasn’t too noisy. 10 min walk to Perth station and the CBD. The apartment was clean and comfortable and well stocked with everything you need. I was only staying for 3 days but the apartment could be used for a longer stay very comfortably. Check in was easy and the staff was easy to communicate with on arrival.

Nothing to note - pretty ideal stay.

Location. Spacious. Everything.. gas stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, a bbq pit in the balcony! Also vacuum cleaner, mop and iron. Coffee capsules and generous welcoming snacks! Clean towels and bedding. Housekeeping staff also comes if needed.

It is overall very clean. But mossy nets, some corners/ledges and decoration pillows/rugs were dusty enough to trigger allergy. Dining table should be placed next power outlet as we need to work on laptop.

Good location close to restaurants and within an easy walk to Perth CBD Decent size for a studio apartment, which was clean and well equipped Bonus was a good sized balcony and the ability to have fresh air in the room unlike hotels where you are stuck with Air Conditioner all the time Good size shower

The bed was a little uncomfortable and very close to the ground A little noisy of an evening on weekends due to the close proximity of Northbridge Lack of information on where to put rubbish

Location is so convenient only a 10 minute walk into the city centre. Surrounded with places to eat all in walking distance. You have a full kitchen, sink, oven microwave and dishwasher to cook and clean for yourself. Beautiful view. Staff are lovely and very helpful. Overall love my stay everytime and will continue to book here on upcoming trips to perth.

Great location near restaurants and the best gelato shop ever (Cuccini), spacious, clean, modern, snack platter in fridge

The big ‘188’ on the front was a great cue to it being the right place but it still was not terribly clear we were in the right spot until we entered lobby and called the contact number. Fantastic quick, hospitable, professional response by host soon put us at ease.

A very comfortable, fully furnished apartment at a great price. A lot of nice little touches that made it feel like home, eg the coffee machine stocked with capsules. I was travelling for work so the stable wifi internet connection was also very handy. The property manager was friendly and helpful.

The corridors of the apartment building were quite worn and dirty in some places.
