Our $200 dollar bond was not returned to our account. The property was in perfect order when we vacated it. We were told we would have the bond returned within 7 days it has now been 15 days. I tried to call them only to find the contact number had been disconnected.

We appreciated that it was close to the many interesting shops on William St, and also close to Hyde Park, which was lovely for walks. It was a good base for a week of relaxing. Kitchen and bathroom facilities were adequate for cooking yourself. The balcony overlooking the pool was pretty. Staff were helpful, and allowed us a slightly later checkout when we had a late plane flight.

The sofa was hard as a board! Very uncomfortable to sit on. Made tolerable with some blankets and cushions. It was tricky to get laundry done since the machines were either busy or out of order.

Lovely pool view and outdoor access. Car parking available at door. Very clean and fresh. Location was close to where we needed to be. Suitable for 3 people with option to add a 4th if it was required. Air conditioning was appreciated when we arrived as it was a very hot day. We appreciated the option to stay 1 night as Airbnb usually have a limit of 2 nights.

Air conditioning seemed to shut off in the bedroom area during the night and it got quite warm but it was a very warm night. The tap in the bathroom basin was stiff and noisy when using and could do with replacing.

Cleanliness and quiet

You can hear noises in other rooms and the pool is closed in summer time it should open especially in summer season.

I love the set up of the apartment and location. Lots of dining choices within walking distance. With the exception of the shower the place was clean. Double glazing made the place very cosy, for July in Perth. Didn't need to use the heating. Bed was comfy. I took my own pillow this time as the pillows provided are not comfortable .

The shower needed some bleach and a good scrub. Bottom of tiles where it meets the floor was very dirty/mouldy. Could do with better towels. Current ones are too small and thin. Sofa was very uncomfortable to sit on.

Location was great, close to the park for the little one, and a nice morning run. Delicious pizza across the road and shops not too far either. Staff really helpful and friendly. Overall really happy with our stay.

Thought the second bed was a second queen, not a futon, but we managed okay. Frosted glass on bathroom a bit of a pain to keep light out with a sleeping baby in the bedroom, but again, manageable enough. Still waiting for our bond return though a week after the fact, and we definitely cleaned it well enough.

The sofa lounge/ couch was incredibly uncomfortable it felt like a torture device would have been more comfortable sitting in the floor it was that hard We were confronted by an older lady down the bottom of us and were asked if we could not walk around alot bec app she could hear us walking around and we had only been there 30 mins putting our stuff away. Then the power went out for switched rooms then realised we had no pillows no extra blankets and no kettle

Cleanliness, 10 min walking proximity to centre of city, cafes and restaurants, free parking, nice size unit, safe and secure, lovely inner city part of Perth, good price, huge well maintained swimming pool would be great in summer, the staff were friendly and helpful.

The kitchen did not have some basic cooking utensils. We had to buy some ( i.e., spatula, tongs, and wooden spoon) at the local woolworths so we could cook. The microwave is situated very high above the fridge and difficult to access. We were provided with 2 small microfibre towels for 2 people. Standard sized regular bath towels and a hand towel would have been preferable.

The apartments are in a good position and the bed was comfortable. The laundry facilities were well priced and it had a google smart TV. Kitchen facilities were good.

The sofa bed is hard and uncomfortable and there was no top sheet for the main bed and the doona was too hot on warmer nights. The laundry has 2 x machines and driers but one of each was out of action. There was loud noise from some other guests on the weekend with no aparent noise rules.

The apartment was clean and well looked after. The owner was friendly and very helpful. The apartment has parking and a lift. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

We like to leave our accommodations clean and tidy but there was no broom or dust pan. Kitchen utensils were minimal. There was no scrubber to clean the dishes. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty and there was no soap holder. However the shower head was great. .
