Our $200 dollar bond was not returned to our account. The property was in perfect order when we vacated it. We were told we would have the bond returned within 7 days it has now been 15 days. I tried to call them only to find the contact number had been disconnected.

We appreciated that it was close to the many interesting shops on William St, and also close to Hyde Park, which was lovely for walks. It was a good base for a week of relaxing. Kitchen and bathroom facilities were adequate for cooking yourself. The balcony overlooking the pool was pretty. Staff were helpful, and allowed us a slightly later checkout when we had a late plane flight.

The sofa was hard as a board! Very uncomfortable to sit on. Made tolerable with some blankets and cushions. It was tricky to get laundry done since the machines were either busy or out of order.

The property receptionist remembered me from years and years ago which I though was such a lovely personal customer service touch. I was having trouble with bond, so although she couldn’t allow me into the room even though I’d already paid, she was very patient while i took time to figure out how to sort the bond, I love the colour coordination the blue inside the room is nice, it’s got decent interior decor with nice picture art, smart tv with all the channels too,

They definitely need to paint over the graffiti at the the front it looks so tacky and dodgy, the bed room has two side tables but it means the room is. Wall to wall with furniture there’s a no space they should replace the side tables with floating shelves, also the room stunk of food from who ever was cooking what ever in there previously the room should’ve been aired out better. Other than that I like the place

Excellent location, clean and tidy rooms, friendly and helpful staff.

I had booked and paid for a 1 bedroom apartment, yet was given a studio apartment. Not ideal as there wasn’t much space in the room and no lounge room / sitting area (hence why I booked the 1 bedroom apartment option as I had previously). Was going to query this after checking in but saw on the website that it was fully booked so didn’t think there was any point in doing so. Slightly disappointed as it wasn’t what I was expecting, or what I had paid for, but other than that all was good.

Lovely pool view and outdoor access. Car parking available at door. Very clean and fresh. Location was close to where we needed to be. Suitable for 3 people with option to add a 4th if it was required. Air conditioning was appreciated when we arrived as it was a very hot day. We appreciated the option to stay 1 night as Airbnb usually have a limit of 2 nights.

Air conditioning seemed to shut off in the bedroom area during the night and it got quite warm but it was a very warm night. The tap in the bathroom basin was stiff and noisy when using and could do with replacing.

The location was really convenient for work, the bed was comfortable and the on-site parking was good.

Since it was raining during my stay, having some cover on the stairs would have been a plus. One of the air conditioning units wasn’t working, and the soap dispenser in the shower was broken. There was another aircon unit that heated the apartment fine though, so it was not that much of a drama beyond figuring it all out. The checking out list also involved emptying the bins, which felt a bit much.

I love the set up of the apartment and location. Lots of dining choices within walking distance. With the exception of the shower the place was clean. Double glazing made the place very cosy, for July in Perth. Didn't need to use the heating. Bed was comfy. I took my own pillow this time as the pillows provided are not comfortable .

The shower needed some bleach and a good scrub. Bottom of tiles where it meets the floor was very dirty/mouldy. Could do with better towels. Current ones are too small and thin. Sofa was very uncomfortable to sit on.

Cleanliness and quiet

You can hear noises in other rooms and the pool is closed in summer time it should open especially in summer season.

Location was great, close to the park for the little one, and a nice morning run. Delicious pizza across the road and shops not too far either. Staff really helpful and friendly. Overall really happy with our stay.

Thought the second bed was a second queen, not a futon, but we managed okay. Frosted glass on bathroom a bit of a pain to keep light out with a sleeping baby in the bedroom, but again, manageable enough. Still waiting for our bond return though a week after the fact, and we definitely cleaned it well enough.

Apartment was very tidy and clean, the kitchen amenities (pans, plates, glasses, microwaves, etc) in the room were in great condition, very usable. Location was also great, just a few steps away from Hyde Park and the bus station that leads to the city. Its also near cafes, restaurants and just a short walk away from the Chinatown area. Staff were also nice, helpful and accommodating. Overall a great stay here!

Wifi speed could be improved, sofabed was a bit on the hard side
