I absolutely love the hotel restaurant and Bar all under one roof. No need to go anywhere else. Staff are the most pleasant helpful have friendly team I've ever met even if I lock myself out accidentally had midnight lol.

If I was to complain about anything it would be great if the TVs were upgraded to Smart TVs so that I could stream my own TV shows. But that's just being picky, I really don't care about the TV,😁

Quite, clean and close to city. Staff was very generous gave me 2 free meal and drinks vouchers. And the asian kitchen downstairs make good food. Room were decent size.

Rooms are old and shabby. Needed serious renovations for rooms..but very clean.

I loved the room it was just the air con was dirty the fridge area was rotting away but everything was good and the service at the reception was excellent

Just the room was a little falling apart like the fridge and toilet definitely wasn't the best at all

Close to everything awesome staff. Been coming here for over 41 years. Still great value. Free drink and meal included from their restaurant. Awesome staff. So friendly

Brilliant support from reception upon checking in under unusual circumstances. The lady on reception displayed remarkable patience and understanding and was the first in our fourth attempt to check-in somewhere that made it happen. Awesome.

Spa bath in the room, very comfortable bed, and great service from the staff at both check in and out

area around the spa bath definately needed some renovation, peeling paint and traces of mould that had been cleaned up.

Excellent location with bakery and cafes nearby. Parking was OK in the street but there was a need to watch time restriction.

Affordable room with queen bed and spa. Cafes are close by, 2 to 6 minute walk. Rooms serviced daily. 10 mins to Elizabeth Quay by car. Very large rooms. Plenty of space to set up ironing and luggage. Iron, hair-dryer on board.
