Rooms were well equipped including kitchen with utensils and everything to cook. A couple of differences between the two different rooms of same ‘type’ that I stayed in, aside from outlook because of the different positions of rooms, one had coffee machine but no freezer part within the fridge where the other did have a small space for frozens and no coffee machine. Both were generous in size compared to most (others with similar inclusions and price, within the CBD), well equipped and sufficient storage for shorter stays. I extended my stay one day prior to original checkout day and although I had to move rooms, the transition was seamless! Housekeeping had my new room ready before I had even finished packing, reception transferred my bond no stress and even brought my keys to me. The staff were super friendly and helpful, yet respectful of privacy despite it being a smaller boutique hotel.

The cheapest most awful kind of toilet paper is the only aspect I would insist on having changed! In comparison to the consistently high standard of hospitality that I experienced, that is. Inbuilt drawers or shelving in the wardrobe would take longer stays to the next level (I stayed for two weeks in total) but coat hangers were plentiful so I was able to easily work around this small issue.

This is a well-located hotel - just a block from the free CAT bus, a 5 minute walk to many shops and restaurants, a 15 minute walk to the museum and train station and bus depot. The staff were particularly helpful and friendly. The apartment room had everything we needed.

The knives in the kitchen were quite blunt, and they need to improve their grade of toilet paper. However, when I pointed this out, they did provide me with a better quality roll.

The location to the city was close enough. Any closer you would hear the night crowd. You don't realise how many shops there are close by unless you take the time and explore. I like to walk, but the free bus stop is the next street over. The hotel staff were wonderful, and very good at trouble shooting if needed.

I had to ask for a dorm fridge with a freezer. No full size refridgerators in my unit. I stayed long term (3 weeks) and it's considered as a travelers accommodation?

Perfect location for the trains and buses, a good size apartment bed comfy and clean.

Cupboards dirty inside on arrival, kitchen not great for cooking. No service of apartment which would have been fine but after 6 nights you would have thought it would have been done. I would have happily hovered the apartment myself but nothing to Hoover with. After the 3rd night ants were a problem. We left the apartment most mornings early and didn’t get back until after 5 when there were no staff around. If anything I would suggest leaving cleaning items for guests if a service is not possible.

Attika is now the go-to for when my partner and I visit family in Perth. Perfect location, the rooms are a great size, beds are comfy. Right by all the best bars and restaurants in Northbridge without being too close that you hear all the noise in the evenings. Also walking distance to the city for shopping and public transport.

The washing machines could use a clean cycle, one of my white t-shirts ended up ruined :(

Linen was not very clean The bath area was open with no stoppers which made almost the entire toilet area wet and inconvenient to use There was limited supply of milk and no moisturizer, sugar free sweetener in the room - which I expected from a fair priced apartment

Location is excellent with lots of eateries, coffee shops, a French patisserie across the road, 5 minutes walk to CBD, cultural precinct, and places to catch the free bus service (Cat bus). IGA in walking distance and Stop & Go store at end of street.

I Needed instructions on how to use TV as I could not get it off 9 network, also needed instructions for how to use combo washer dryer as unfamiliar with these.

Modern compact apartment with all necessary items needed for any stay. Kitchenette was suitable for light meals. Bed was comfortable Very central without being in the heart of the city, close to parks, coffee shops , bars and restaurants Staff very helpful

Headboard and under bedside tables were not clean or had been cleaned for a while Not much storage for a longer stay

Attika Hotel is very well located in a trendy area of Northbridge which offers lots of cool cafes, restaurants and bars and is in close proximity to Perth's China Town and Perth Central railway station. The hotel is located on a relatively busy Newcastle Street however our suite room was fortunately located well away from the street frontage and was quiet at night which was great! Otherwise, the room facilities were clean and modern. Hotel management and staff were very friendly and accommodating and went to great lengths to address a couple of initial housekeeping issues.

A King sized bed would be a welcome improvement as we found the co-joined single beds to be quite small. Also, installation a sound and light proof partition above the bi-fold doors separating the living area and bedroom would improve the privacy and separation of the rooms.

The room was a good size for a couple and was more than adequate for our needs. The location was excellent and quiet. We could easily walk to Northbridge and into Perth. Great coffee shops in Northbridge! The only downside was we thought the bed was uncomfortable. Nonetheless I would recommend Attika Hotel,
