Great spot, cool building, and very central to what we needed to do. The bar and bar staff were nice. Lovely spot and loved the spa. Our room with spa it was a great size room, the space was great clean and bed comfy slept great.

The heater in the room - the temperature wasn't great, you could not turn up the temperature and it was a rainy cold night and we weren't quite warm enough in the room. The bathroom spa was good it's why we chose the room. It was nice, but the main tap leaked, and the toilet flusher needs fixing. You have to tap a few times after you flush, or it keeps going. The bathroom was ok, but it could definitely do with a revamping because the rest of the room is lovely, renovate the bathroom, and fix the temperature control, and then it'd be an epic room.

The room was beautiful, the staff excellent and on hearing that it was my 60th Birthday celebration, they supplied a complimentary bottle of wine and some macarons which was a lovely gesture.

Only a couple of things which weren't terrible, but we felt could have been better. Firstly, the couch in the suite which wasn't particularly comfortable to sit on. Secondly, the bathroom was fabulous - but with only one small towel rack on the wall we felt it could have done with either a bigger one, or perhaps an extra one above the installed one. There just wasn't enough room to hang both our towels and allow them to dry out.

Very clean and had everything I needed- great pool and a really central location. Staff were all really friendly too. It was quiet when I visited too so I had the pick of the sunloungers round the pool!!

The music at the pool started about 0900hrs every morning and was quite loud- could hear it in my room which faced the pool bar even with the double glazing. Maybe turn it down a notch? Also, a minor point, but I couldn’t get the streaming to work on the TV no matter how many times I followed the instructions- which was disappointing as not a great array of channels to choose from.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us travelling with a 2 year old. It was opposite a park with a playground and allowed us to walk around town. The room was clean with a balcony to dry our swimmers and to hang out on while the bub slept.

The parking situation is a bit rough $30 per day for the hotel car park or juggling it on the street, but I guess in a city you semi expect that. Also, They had a great pool, but the gym shouldnt really be called a gym! it had old equipment and a bike that didnt work and a few dumbells. Two people could not work out in that size space.

The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the lady working at the luggage desk! Our room was very clean, comfortable and cosy. The carpet was so soft and lovely underfoot. The spa worked with some jets but needs maintenance/updating. The room had a very large balcony overlooking the pool. Excellent location for local restaurants, brewery and historical places including the Fremantle Prison.

The balcony was very sparse and empty.Just bare concrete with a couple of small metal chairs. No table for two. I jazzed it up with my fairy lights, candles and towels I have been using along the way on our one month holiday staying at many places down the Coral Coast(See photos). The balconies here could easily be made to feel on par with the rooms by painting/ tiling the concrete and placing an economical table and chairs for two from Bunnings on each balcony. Perhaps even a potted plant?

Room was clean and spacious. We appreciated the balcony. Mini bar was helpful. Lady to checked us in at Reception was lovely and welcoming. Breakfast was fresh, varied and delicious!

We were running late the day we were due to arrive. I wanted to phone Reception and let them know we were still coming and would definitely arrive. Phoned Reception twice and waited 40 minutes for someone to answer the line. Eventually gave up and phoned every Restaurant and Bar associated with the hotel. No answer from any of them. It appears no humans were on duty on Friday afternoon! Spent well over an hour 'on hold' trying to talk to someone but nobody has answered yet. Need SOMEONE on site to pick up the phone to clients please. Also - PLEASE invest in some different teacups. They are almost expresso cups. TINY! Only two mouthfuls of tea. PLEASE make them 3x the size so we can enjoy a cup of tea.

King Suite Spa with Pool View - room was just as the pictures showed. Very modern, Clean, very comfortable bed. Spacious room with a big balcony overlooking the pool area. Overall definitely will book here again and great value for money.

No free parking however $30 a night through the hotel is better than most other hotels, or there is an option to pay for parking across the road (not a far walk) $14 a day. Only downfall is you have to get your and go back and pay for your next day by 8am as all day parking ends at 11:59pm and starts again at 8am

Carpet underlay was super comfortable for a hotel, laundry facilities were fantastic, ability to avoid daily room servicing in exchange for $10 refund per day.

Would have been good if the balcony had a table like in the photo so could sit outside longer and little improvements like dishwashing liquid etc so could be more like an apartment, if we avoid daily room servicing we can then clean up ourselves.

I was allocated a ground floor room which was very spacious and comfortable. Convenient in location to the pool and the viewing are for the Stairway to the Moon. The bed was very comfortable , and the bathroom well appointed with latest fittings. I did not use the beautiful bath but it would suit younger couple. My needs were met .

The floor tiles in the shower recess seemed slippery to me and required care when leaving the shower. As an older person I am very wary of safety issues.

Whilst we were as far from the lift as possible!! the room was lovely - large, clean and extremely quiet.

Kitchen closed at 8.30pm. We were there for an evening function which finished at 8.30ish so had to leave early to ensure we could get food!! Had same issue on a previous occasion but very disappointing (yes we can get room service until 9.30pm but were with a group of 8 friends). Could not even get a coffee at 8.45pm!! as Marine Bar staff said food and coffee not available at that time. There were a lot of people around so surprised food and coffee closed off so early. Website says kitchen closes at 9.00pm - but definitely closed 12 months ago and this week at 8.30pm.
