The apartment is relatively clean and the views for the two bedroom is awesome esp when u sit at the balcony for any meals with a view. Thank you for giving me the two bedroom sunset apartment to be in the centre after I have requested. Appreciated it. Highly Recommended for the sunset two/three bedroom.

There is no scissor at all at the kitchen and I think kitchen towel should be provided also as it is a service apartment and guest will tend to cook. Just wanted to have this feedback also that it doesn’t provide shower gel at all? Why? However, it does provide shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Since u can provide this why not shower gel too? Hope Be Fremantle can consider adding this.

The view was spectacular! Every morning, we were able to watch the dolphins playing in the bay and afternoons and evenings were spent watching all of the boats coming back into the harbour. The unit was kept impeccably clean, and the daily service was so lovely! The bed was extremely comfortable, and the reverse cycle air-conditioning was fantastic when the weather took a cool turn!

An electric frypran or vegetable steaming basket would have helped prepare meals, as the stove top was small, but not a big issue.

We visited from the UK for a family holiday/wedding. The properties are well represented and have everything you need. Good location and lovely views.

They are very stingy with toilet roll supply for family of 4! On day of departure only one person on reception, a long wait when we were trying to get help to book taxis/ask questions. A queue in front of us. Waited around 30 minutes and each time one person was dealt with the receptionist would take a call causing further delays. Perhaps a one off due to staff shortage. Everything else was great so wouldn’t put us off staying here again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We are traveling across Australia and were very much in need of a rest, and a place where we could do laundry while chilling out watching TV or just strolling down by the water. It is immaculate and the staff are BEYOND friendly which we loved. They had ideas of places to visit - we ended up visiting Rottnest Island simply on the recommendation of one of the girls at the front desk. She showed us photos on her phone that she had taken recently and it was such a great recommendation! The reception area has snacks, water, drinks etc., in case you need to restock and there is tea/coffee etc., inside the room. The shower was nice and strong, the bed comfy and the view from our room (we were on the ground floor - room 46) was lovely. You simply cross the road in front of the place and you see the water, the boats etc., We LOVED our stay here and will absolutely stay again if in the area.

Nothing. It was perfect!

- very comfortable and spacious - beds were comfortable to sleep in - awesome harbour view - kitchen utensils, pots and pans were kept very clean by property

- water temperature control is not steady - without adjusting faucet / mixer knobs, the water temperature can suddenly become very hot. Had an almost burn episode - housekeeping was sloppy in their mid-stay clean. In fact, no clean was done (parquet had some visible dirt), just replacement of towels and making of beds. - second night’s stay was overcharged by a staff for no good reason (his colleagues were not able to address it)

Great to have two comparable rooms & to be self contained.

Wish there was a table & chairs on downstairs terrace (we carried down from upstairs balcony)

Location was fantastic as a base as able to walk to the ferry to Rottnest and then out for dinner at bathers beach house. The outdoor balcony with table over the water was lovely as kids able to watch the fish. Unfortunately we weren’t able to enjoy for longer as we had a packed itinerary. View over harbour was fantastic. Parking once was a blessing.

The reception wasn’t that easy to find late at night when we arrived. Somehow the booking.com and portal managed to take double payment but the hotel rectified this.

We paid slightly more for a marina view and it was so worthwhile. The view when we walked in literally took our breath away! It is an absolutely beautiful apartment! I had a lovely time there with my two grown up daughters, but it also felt like a perfect place to stay for a honeymoon or romantic break! It is an easy walk into Fremantle, where there are lots of shops and restaurants, as well as the lovely weekend market. It is also a short walk (around 15 minutes) to get the ferry to Rottnest Island, which is well worth a day trip!

The closest beach is quite small and not as nice as some of the other beaches in Perth, so it is worthwhile going to South Beach which is absolutely beautiful. It only takes around 5 minutes in an Uber and costs around 10 AUD. The nearest supermarket is around 20 minutes walk from the apartment. (I think most people probably have cars, but we didn't!). It definitely wouldn't put me off staying again, but it was a bit of a trek in the heat with heavy shopping bags!

Large, nice bathroom, beautiful view, very friendly and helpful staff. The apartment is so well equipped- everything you might need. The location is quiet, a little out of town but not a long walk. Would definitely stay here again.

Liked everything. But if you wanted to equip the kitchen even more you could add a chopping board and possibly a microwave. But understand that you might not want the cooking smells.

Great Location, very clean and fresh rooms, my 3rd stay here and highly recommend. Staff are always helpful and friendly so close to every thing and views amazing. Price is a bit high would be a suggestion, smart TV, very difficult to stream services on these ones and more than 4 coffee pods for longer than 1 night stays, as they do not top them up with the room service. Also bikes should be free.
