Everything. From the spacious, comfortable, and clean room to the restaurant and bar facilities at the venue. Good wi-fi, smart tv with streaming, room service if needed, free laundry for guests, secure under cover parking is available. Huge comfy bed and pillows. There are plenty of USB ports and power points. It is great for a couples holiday, as well as a family get-together or any ceremony that the locals may need. All the staff were friendly and fabulous. A good menu with lots to choose from. Breakfast was included. There's also a well equipped gym and a lovely pool.

This is an apartment-type hotel with a kitchen, sofa, coffee table, desk and chair. After moving me into a clean room, the bed was comfortable, the A/C worked well, and the overall condition of the room was acceptable. One thing that didn't work was the stovetop, and they couldn't get it to work. The free laundry room was a nice amenity. The free wi-fi was streaming quality. The restaurant is very expensive. There's a market a few blocks away. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The first room they put me in was very dirty with cobwebs and years of built-up dirt on the furniture. The A/C didn't work, the refrigerator had dried, old food crumbs, and there were burnt out light bulbs. It was rectified by moving me to a different room. But, why would they even put me in a room that was THAT dirty? The housekeeping staff failed in a big way. Some rooms face a busy roadway.

The room was large and spacious with a very comfortable king bed. It was great to have a kettle and toaster, small fridge, cutlery, glasses and plates etc. It was lovely coming back to the room each afternoon to see the bed had been made with fresh towels in the bathroom. The steak sandwich was delicious.

We had some noisy neighbours on the last night, but this was not the hotel's fault, of course. Wednesday night was Pasta night in the restaurant, and my partner and I saw the size of the meals coming out, so we decided we would share a bowl of spaghetti as I wasn't super hungry. When we ordered, we said that we were going to share and when ours came out, it was much smaller than the others we had seen and it was barely 10 mouthfuls between us. The pasta was delicious, just really small.

I have stayed here tens of times and I have always loved the place. This time there were 2 things that changed. Firstly they did not take cash. That sucks. I’m a pro-cash individual. Secondly and by far the most disappointing was the realisation that the water pressure has changed to a trickle. It took 15 mins just to wash the shampoo from hair and I had to move around just to get wet. It was also impossible to get the water temperature right. Either piping hot or freezing. I love you guys but the neo-environmentallist angle has reached the point where it is compromising comfort.

I loved how accessible it was from the car park, and it was very aesthetically pleasing. It was neat, clean, welcoming, the bed was extremely comfortable and the shower/bathroom was really nice and modern. The restaurant’s food on sight was extremely delicious, and there is a nice pub and a breakfast spot a few minutes walk away.

Nothing, everything was really nice. We were put into a room that looked over the car park at first, and when we asked the reception desk to move rooms, they happily did so with no extra charge. Extremely nice and friendly. It was in an odd location though, so getting to the centre of Fremantle was a little bit of a trek, but it was fine if you want to stretch your legs and wander.

Had a nice and relaxing Galentines night in Freo. Got ready in our hotel room, went for dinner and back to hotel, the facilities were quite nice and the room was neat and tidy. Only thing we didn't realise is that the back gate where guests can park closes after 10pm, which I suppose is good for security but we had wanted to go out to get a couple late night snacks. Contacted the reception number and staff were kind enough to let us out. ☺️ Would recommend this place for a weekend getaway or even a longer stay in the Freo area - location was conveniently a short drive to food places and other sightseeing areas!

The entrance was cool and welcoming with lovely people at the reception and air-conditioned. The pool was the highlight of my stay. A relaxed courtyard area with lots of seating and the pool was beautiful. I ordered a perfectly mixed cocktail too . The room was super comfortable and had everything you could need. I loved that I could have a proper bath in a nice big bath.

The shower in the morning had very little pressure and the water dribbled out which was the only shame about my stay. Was fine in the evening though.

The room was perfect for what we needed, location was great as we had a festival at Cottesloe Beach which was only a 10 minute uber away, restaurant/bar downstairs and a bottle store right on the corner as well if needed, unfortunately we didn’t have time to go for a dip in the pool but it looked amazing! Staff were super lovely and we were also able to get an earlier check in which I know is always subject to availability on the day and they even brought the room keys to us as we were having lunch at the restaurant while we waited, definitely recommend!!

Large spacious room with huge bed, generous lounge area, and well laid out bathroom. The bathroom offered good shower pressure AND ample bench space for toiletries. Plus the shower did not create a mess all over the bathroom floor. I spent some time on the shaded rooftop daybeds reading a book which was lovely. 24hr reception was also good as I had to leave at 4am. Was good to know I had support to order a taxi should my Uber not show up.

No full length mirror in the room at all - unexpected for a venue that hosts weddings. I also didn't like that the only opportunity for fresh air was to leave the door open. A window would have been nice, but leaving the door open was ok when there wasn't a wedding happening on the deck outside my room as it wasn't a high-trafficked area. I couldn't turn the air conditioning on but pretty sure this was a user error (me) and not a fault with the air conditioning. I had mixed experience with the restaurant downstairs. Coffee one afternoon was great but breakfast on another day wasn't a great experience. Very lack lustre service and the menu item I wanted wasn't available (sold out).

Rooms felt great for the family (kids in one, parents in another) and felt the kids were safe and accessible throughout. The hotel was able to accommodate having our family in 2 rooms next to each other. Had numerous great features, including a central pool with stairs and elevator access, multiple car parks available and a rooftop area. The restaurant downstairs was fantastic. Friendly staff were happy to help and accommodate (including lending a vacuum to me so I could clean the car of some accumulated sand from earlier travels).
