Overall the property was great, the bed and couch were comfortable. Everything you needed for a good stay was there. The shower was great 👍.

The noisy aircon, there was a delay in trying to rectify the issue. However after following up on the issue they worked hard to resolve my concerns. Unfortunately they could not, despite advising they had disconnected the bed aircon from the lounge area, it wasn’t. So was not able to have switched on. There are no screens, so could not keep balcony door open for fresh air as neighbours were smokers on the balconies around ours. The TV is modern, but does not have the ability for streaming apps. Would be great for this to be updated.

Okay guys, I'm going to give a bit of constructive feedback as the place is expensive so expected a bit more: No dishwasher (quite rare in OZ / modern apartment blocks!), early check out time / reception times are not enough for support. Too many rules / costs if something goes wrong (for example 100 dollars call out charge if I lose my key card in the street! I don't need this anxiety on holiday - I feel a back up procedure should be in place). The kitchen was missing a few more things: a chopping board and a smaller pan (the oven stove is electric and temperamental).

Excellent location, within walking distance to shops, cafes, food, markets , pubs and freo city centre.

The whole building is a good set up. Parking in the basement was easy to access and use. The two lifts were always clean and tidy. The reception area was good. The room had a huge shower room and a cupboard in the hallway stored the utility room. A good sized wardrobe and a huge comfortable bed. The kitchen was well stocked and everything worked. A huge balcony with a nice panoramic view of both the sunrise and sunset. The staff were all pleasant.

The TV might have been better mounted on the wall but not a major problem

I took long early walks (in my wheelchair as I am wheelchair-bound) through East Fremantle to Freo and all the way to South Beach. Accessible bathroom was superb. Rooftop bar. Location, parking

When I first arrived, I couldn't figure out how to get to reception area. The layout and signage were confusing to me. However, I phoned reception and the staff were friendly, helpful and quick to assist. In my accessible room, I could not fit my wheelchair between the bed and the cupboard. Thus, I could not use the cupboard to put my clothes. I did not contact Reception for assistance as I was comfortable anyway.

The apartment was very comfortable and modern compared to a lot of others around. Therefore the price point I felt was very fair in comparison to others that are quite outdated with less amenities. It’s fairly close by to most things, but a short drive a way.

Was confusing to find the building and the car park as there is a seperate residential building attached, but after hours security number were helpful as well as locals and the staff were lovely, easy to accomodate after hours check in also. Not many negatives

Road noise from Canning Highway could be heard from the bedroom, which made morning rest somewhat difficult. The apartments on this side of the complex would certainly benefit from double glazed windows. Apartments facing the North side may be quieter. No coffee pods provided for coffee machine, only available to purchase from reception, which is inconvenient (and a waste of money as the flavour was awful). Most hotels/apartments providing nespresso machines these days also offer complimentary pods, certainly enough for the first morning. We visited the cafe across the street for a decent coffee on our second morning.

Perfect location to experience all Fremantle had to offer. There was also an IGA supermarket right outside the door. The Washing machine and tumble dryer were very handy as we are travelling around for a few weeks. The apartment was clean and beautiful. Thankyou

We would have liked the balcony door to have been fixed after reporting It broken during our stay. It would have made our sense of security on leaving the apartment better.

I could write a long list of everything that we liked. If I could give more stars I would give 11/10 The residence was clean, amenities was exceptional, everything I needed was there. All staff was friendly and caring and nothing was a problem if you needed anything at anytime. House keeping were lovely & caring and do an amazing job. I was overly impressed from booking in to checking out. I enjoyed my stay (20 nights) and look forward to checking in here again without hesitation in the future. I would highly recommend Nautica Residences to all my friends. I was highly impressed and loved every moment of my stay here. The apartment was well maintained and clean. Very comfortable and feels like a hotel. The staff was very helpful for the check in, and after hours key collections was seamless.

I'm not sure if this is applicable but having the ability to do light cookings may help. From the pictures, I had the impression that I was able to prepare my own meals. However, I realised that cooking was only available for the bigger units. My unit only had a microwave.
