Breakfast was amazing, delicious and abundant. Good value for money. The position of accommodation was quiet and in a scenic area. Great walking area. The unit was suitable for our stay and added extras to assist with clean up very good. The free laundry with soap powder available was excellent. Grounds and public areas well keeped and spotless.

Parking at site. Not enough spaces for guests often we had to park in the street putting us under extra stress with our hire car. Even when there appeared to be a car space many cars had not parked within a designated spot but took up part of the spot beside the space they were in, thus leaving not enough for the next car. Also the pillows were very hard. The floor seemed gritty when we first went in.

The space itself. Cleanliness, good bedding. Breakfast was excellent but a bit expensive. Great staff. The location is really good and many facilities.

Cleaning the room everyday should be included in the price we paid. Did not like that the room was not cleaned everyday unless we paid extra. People were still partying after 9pm, at 1am they were still very loud. Some guests had to shout at them so that they can keep quiet. The tennis court was used only by one family and we didn’t get a chance to use it. The shower and bathtub taps work at the same time. Flyscreen broken. Plenty of mosquitoes 🦟 on the outdoor chairs and table. The spa should be separated from the indoor swimming pool, for some privacy. The restaurant could offer lunch and dinner, the breakfast was amazing, they could had offered some lunch and dinner where we can sit with the family.

Loved the location and the facilities, gym 2 pools and tennis court were all excellent. Breakfast was excellent. Location overlooking the river and next door to the dog park were better than expected. Overall great location.

It’s a pet friendly venue but there are a lot of restrictions for the pets including not letting them stay in the room on their own and they are not allowed in the breakfast area. The breakfast area only has three 2 seater tables in the outside area so very hard to have breakfast as a family of 4 with your pet. Adding a few more outdoor tables with shade would be appreciated.

This was our 2nd time staying at Pier 21 & it's been such a pleasure both times. To have a beautiful place to stay with our family, doggo included, is such a treat! The rooms are great, nice & modern, the views of the Pier are gorgeous & the staff at the front desk are always so helpful & friendly. Thank you for providing a beautiful place for families to stay with an easy, stress-free booking, check in & check out process. We'll be back for sure:)

The room we stayed in with the bigger/disability access shower was great but the water from the shower seemed the wet the whole bathroom floor which made it slippery & a little dangerous for our 1 year old. It would be a simple fix with some rubber mats.

The location was great, and the view from the room was amazing. Looking out over the estuary was beautiful. The rooms were so comfortable and well laid out. The Kitchenette was well kitted out with items needed to make basic meals and drinks. I loved how there were available to be able to travel with their dogs. Great attraction for guests.

I think that more than one coffee and sugar per person would have been great. 4 adults, so only 4 coffee and 4 sugars sachets. But this was the only thing that I felt needed to look at. Everything else was great.

It was an exceptional experience. The facilities available were excellent, offering a wide range of amenities that catered to all our needs. The apartment itself was incredibly spacious and meticulously clean, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the convenient access to the freeway, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Additionally, the proximity to a nearby dog park was a fantastic bonus, especially for pet owners like us. Overall, Pier 21 provided a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and quality. Highly recommended!

It would be great if the breakfast facilities could be extended to guests who are unable to attend the restaurant. Offering a delivery service or a takeaway option would be very convenient for those who are unable to attend (not leaving dogs alone). Additionally, given the sandy environment common in WA, it would be ideal to provide a broom and an optional mop in the apartments to help guests keep the floors clean. Lastly, the kitchen could benefit from having more than one pot to make cooking easier. Despite these minor suggestions, our stay was fantastic

The view was amazing. We were right on the river and enjoyed a cuppa in the morning looking out on the kayaks and boats. So calming and relaxing. AMAZING!! There is an outdoor pool, indoor pool, spa and gym. We spent some time relaxing on the sun beds and in the pool. The water was clear and beautiful. The unit even has a dishwasher!! We went to the markets, enjoyed dinner at Cicerello's, music at the E-shed markets

If I have to scrutinize everything, I can't find a thing that I didn't like. Everything was perfect!!

We were allocated a room with disabled shower area (wet floor), the shower water covered the area & made it feel unsafe/slippery for a couple of 75yr olds which spoilt our stay. (We didn't ask for a disabled facility). Water pressure over the basin was non-existent. This was mentioned to office staff who advised they would follow up, but nothing came of it.

I really enjoyed the location. We walked to Doma cafe. The place was very clean. Not just the apartment but everywhere. Free parking was appreciated. The facilities were great- like ping pong table, the breakfast room - the apartment was basic but comfortable . One bedroom had a nice view.

The second bedroom was hot and the window couldn’t be opened as it was on the internal walkway side. The bathroom is a little in need of a renovation and the lounge dinner was very basic.

Super comfortable bed, balcony was huge we enjoyed leaving the doors open at night as the sea breeze came in. Great size apartment. We loved that the apartments were dog friendly, I took delight in watch the dogs in the garden & beach each morning.

Bathroom floor grout is in need of a scrub. Unfortunately our suitcases needed to live in the lounge room as there wasn’t any shelving or storage for them. Available storage was limited in size. Otherwise everything was perfect
