Check in was easy, staff more than happy to store multiple bags until room was ready
If there is a bath in the room, supply a plug without the guest having to request one.

Fantastic location! Most shopping and entertainment venues are within walking distance, and all types of public transport are literally minutes away. If you're driving like is, freeway access is also minutes away. The room was as shown in photos, very spacious with all the facilities we needed. Bed was very comfortable. Parking out the front is very convenient. Staff were polite, pleasant and professional at all times.
In the room, the pillows are too soft and floppy which impacts on a good nights sleep. In the hotel, the pool seems to be mid renovation with tiles missing all around. It makes the area look unattractive and unwelcoming. I hope that is fixed very soon. A few big pots with greenery around the deck would improve the look of the area too. Our apartment faced Mounts Bay Road so there was lots of noise from busses pulling in to the Busport all day and evening. In future I will request a room facing the Convention Centre.

Great location for exploring Perth and around, just over 5 mins from Elizabeth quay bus station and 7 mins from the train station via a walkway accessible from the 1st floor. Spacious living and bathroom.
Not the cleanest, housekeeping was quite poor. The dryer was filthy. We had to clean is before using. Cutlery and dishes were not very clean. Not much kitchen implements provided. No spatula, only one large frying pan. Dishwasher, washer and dryer were ancient. Stove was a hotplate coil model. Shower was also ancient and the hot water was hit and miss. Complaining didn't help. Note that they don't provide detergent, you have to buy it for 3 bucks. Better bring your own.

Apartment was very cosy, well furnished and felt safe. It was also quiet even though it was by the road. We loved the convenience to public transport at Elizabeth Quay. The bridges connecting the apartment to Perth CBD were very convenient. We realised that there are many signs pointing to the apartment, if you took the right path. We appreciate the night desk for keeping everyone calm and informed when the fire alarm rang in the middle of the night. The desk staff were very warm and helpful. The shampoo and shower gel smell amazing.
Additional directions before check-in to the front desk would have been helpful as Google maps did not provide a convenient route to the apartment. There were some hair/dust/dirt on the wardrobe shelves and corners on the floor -- could do with more attention to them. The two bathroom doors caused a lot of noise when one is opened due to air pressure changes. TV screens are old and do not connect well to laptop.

We had 4 bookings here while we were in WA for a wedding. The apartments were fantastic and the staff were wonderful. The location was superb for our needs with access to buses and trains almost next door which meant we could explore the area very easily. We highly recommend this apartment hotel. It is also next to Elisabeth quay which is a real plus.
Some taxis struggled to find the entrance. Our security deposits were retained for over 3 weeks after checkout. Much longer than other hotels. These are minor issues and should not put you off booking here

I attended the Routes Asia 2025 conference, which was held at Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre. Adina Apartment Hotel Perth is located right across the conference hall, so it was really convenient for me. The whole apartment was spacious and clean. It came fully equipped with a kitchenette, fridge, crockery, cutlery, small appliances like microwave. The bathroom was big, and taps and hot water were working fine. I was really stoked to find out that the property provided vegan bath essentials like body soap, shampoo, and conditioner, which are 100% plant based and not tested on animals. The bedroom and living room were cosy and comfortable.
The stay was exceptionally good. If any, this is more of a personal preference, but perhaps the property can consider offering the option of firmer pillows. Some hotels do that. They offer two types of pillows in the bedroom, one is soft while the other is much firmer.

A very well-equipped apartment, very comfortable. The location was ideal, as we had an event to attend at the Perth Convention Centre. Great value for money, would definitely stay again. The Metro bar & Grill, which is located at the apartments serve lunch and dinner, which is good.
It's great that the apartments are self-contained so you can bring your own food. As we only stayed for 3 nights, it would have been good to have breakfast served close to apartments. The Metro bar & Grill, which is located at the apartments serve lunch and dinner.

Adina apartments are right next to the Elizabeth Quay bus station so there was continual noise from buses leaving the station which was directly in front of our room. The train station was conveniently close to the apartment
as above - the traffic noise from the bus station departure point. When we walked from train station to the Adina google maps directed us to the carpark beneath the apartments - signage was lacking on the street level lift beside the carpark entrance to lead guests to the entrance on the other side of the building. No clear directions were given when booking made. . A large sign on the lift indicating the way to the Adina would be very helpful.

Apartment was spacious with separate bedroom and well sized kitchen area. It was quiet (we were on the Expo side of the building, not the main road), and nicely furnished, if a little bit dated. The bathroom was large and also contained washing machine and dryer. The bed was large and comfortable. The apartment was well located for CBD, Kings Park, Elizabeth Quay, great restaurants etc. Overall I'd recommend it.
Swimming pool area needs a refurb. The tiles around the pool have been removed so I presume they'll be replaced soon to make it more appealing.

Really good location if you are there for a convention as it is just opposite the Perth convention center. Apartment was also really nice and cosy, it had everything needed for a short work trip. There's also a washing machine and dryer if you need but require extra cost for detergent. Also, I had left my luggage at the reception after checkout and returned back late to collect it, and was offered the option to freshen up in one of their showers near the pool - which was exactly what I needed after a long rainy day out exploring before my night flight! However I was slightly harrassed and made uncomfortable while waiting and tidying up at the reception after my shower as a family had slipped in to the hotel insisting they had make a booking and would not leave, and approached me multiple times asking if they could use my phone to access their bank account.....Understood that the staff tried their best to make them leave but I was left with no choice to leave for the airport earlier despite still having some time to spare and rest at the hotel before my flight :')
Cost of parking was $30 which was a bit pricey, given that I was a paying hotel guest as well.
